very welcoming staff, underground carpark was excellent, comfy bed and good breakfast. close to some nice places to eat, and nice area to walk. they even have laundry area in the basement which if needed would have been a bonus.

could not find any anything i didn't like, it met all our needs and would happily stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially to woman checking us in. The Pizza for lunch was good and the ice cream was the best. The Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the juice, breads, cheese, and sliced meat. It would have been nice to have some eggs, sausages, and fruit as well. I had a kiwi which was over-ripe and my husband had a banana. It was sufficient, but not spectacular.

The parking spaces were confusing and not any signs on which stall to park in or directions from the parking garage up to the hotel. It would have been scary if it was not in the middle of the day.

Though half an hour walk from the edge of the centre of city, the location has the advantage of a large (though not free) parking underneath the building, and big supermarkets nearby. We liked the view of the surroundings and for us it was very nice to drive out of the city easily after leaving. Washing machine in the basement for us was a great asset. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Though comfortable and clean, the room was a quite small. We had not expected to need to pay for the parking, as we found the accommodation after checking the option 'parking' while searching; you wouldn't expect them then to direct you to a paid parking lot.

Good hotel, an excellent choice for out trip to Murcia. We rented a car and Ibis was very easy to reach coming from Alicante airport. The parking is a big plus and is very cheap. Room ok, clean. Breakfast ok, no warm food but a big selection to choose, also some fruits. The location is about 3 km from Murcia cathedral, is a 40 minutes walk, we enjoy it. You find some pizzeria in the neighborhood. Also 2 big supermarkets, an Aldi and a Mercator near.

I always wondered how it would be to stay in this hotel and when some friends came to my house to visit, I decided to give them some privacy and book a room in Murcia for the night. I liked the fact that the gentleman at the reception desk was pleasant and informative. I was pleased with the room, thr bathroom quality, the bed was very comfortable and the fact that I can rest peacefully.

If there is something I would adjust , it would be the shower glass. Once you turn the water on, the pressure with which the water comes out, wets the floor... It is a minor thing but it can also cause a fall....

Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. I had everything I needed including air conditioning. Close to the amenities, supermarket near to hotel.

No dislikes about hotel, however sometimes had to use stairs when services using lift for other duties to transport bedding etc for cleaning of rooms. I am well and have good mobility so ok for me to use stairs.

The hotel was much better than expected! Modern, clean and comfortable. It didn’t feel like a budget hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and it was good value for money and you could eat as much as you like. The parking was very convenient and cheap (5 euros per day).

The location is slightly further away from town (30-40 minutes away).

Friendly staff on the reception. Very clean room. Although the room overlooked a busy road the sound isolation was good and with the window shut it was barely audible. Underground parking available at a reasonable price. Buffet breakfast also available at a reasonable price. Good selection of bars/restaurants all within 10 minutes walk. 10 minutes drive from the centre of Murcia, except in rush hour.

Good hotel with large underground parking for a reasonable fee (5 euros per night), which provides security to personal transport, also there is laundry. Spacious, clean, quiet room with good internet connection. Price is optimal. Close to big supermarket. Recommend for those who drive.

Check in is from 12pm and it was great if u r early. Staff r very friendly. Breakfast was nice and good value. Bed was comfy. We book further nights but we cut short the trip so need to check out few days earlier n they have refunded to the rest to us. It was very flexible for them to do that for us.

The shower entrance has no cover n water was easy to get out of the shower area. Otherwise everything was great.
