The location is outstanding, the personell is exceptionally well trained and professional, everything is clean, well maintained and well designed. This is truly a place to get a wonderful experience. My wife enjoyed the SPA in the morning after breakfast and was super happy about it - not many people, calm atmosphere.

Everything is of high quality, but I'm still not sure if it's worth the price for it. And several days before the check-in I received 4 or 5 e-mails with offers to upgrade my chosen room - it would have been enough to send 1 e-mail. But that doesn't change the fact that this was a truly magnificent experience and I highly recommend to other travellers.

Great pool and spa facilities my son loved going to the pool each morning not too cold either. We stayed in junior suite plenty of bottles of water each day and good coffee/tea making facilities. Huge bed and very comfy. Great location walking distance to all the main Riga tourist spots. Very fast service when requesting ice bucket or room make-up.

Not enought TV channels. We have a 6 year old so spent most evenings in. Used to some more movie channels. The pay movies (all around 8 euros) were all terrible choices. Looked like 'B' straight-to-video movies no Hollywood or classics. Couldn't get the Smart View (screen out from phone to TV) to work properly only filled half the screen. Spend hours mucking about to try and get it to work so we could watch Netflix or Disney+ from phone.

Front desk staff- outstanding attention to each guest, warm welcome and highest standard of care. Room service- immediate and accurate reaction to your needs. Spa- probably one of the best Spa zones I have ever experienced in historical centre-located hotels as it is spotless, wisely planned, immaculate, luxurous and functional. Rooms- no compromises to the perception of how clean a room should be- the suite was idealy clean, fresh and tidy. Food- nice and fresh food at the Terrace, main restaurant, superb breakfast. Long story short- personal touches, provided by the staff, were far above the highest standards one can expect.

Everything was perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Spa area and gym are fabulous, especially the saunas and pool are so goood ! The rooms are nice and quiet. The restaurant’s are very good, stylish and the food is delicious, cocktails are really good !

The only minus is that maid didn’t change the bedding.

10 days stay. The hotel is ok. Noise problem is not solved. Сonstruction work going on at night. (Street construction work)Complaints about noise to no avail. everything else is normal. The restaurant cannot be called a Kempinski restaurant. In fact, this is a disgrace to the Kempinski chain. Breakfast is poor. Dinner in the lobby. Five meals. The quality is disgusting. Restaurant 22 st did not leave any positive opinion. With a hint of haute cuisine, disgusting ideas of gaudy fantasy. Dined in the city. Restaurant Ogle (+/-).

Well what can’t I say it’s the best hotel I ever stayed o my days the respect and welcome you get when walk through them doors the reception staff are the make you feel your at home anything you need they will provide they are the ones who make that hotel fantastic our room was so comfortable they brought a fish tank for my son so he’s entertained and brought chocolate lollies for my kid and about the room you have your own walk in wardrobe and the bathroom room o my god you should see the size of the bath there’s not enough words to describe how beautiful the room was and the breakfast you have a buffet and also you have a chef to cook you something different all included in the price honestly you have to go and see it for yourself me and my family just relaxed and enjoyed the comfort and most of all I’ve been to many hotels with swimming pools in basement but believe me I swear never seen anything like saunas steam rooms ice rooms they’ve got the lot we’ve already started to book again all I can say is thanks to the staff there who really looked after us x

The place is amazing, the hotel looks very nice and the rooms are spacious with everything you need for the stay. The spa was also an excellent experience after a long day. Also, consider dining at the rooftop restaurant (but make a reservation), wagyu there was a pleasant surprise.

We haven’t booked the breakfast and decided to show unannounced around 9 AM. The breakfast area was pretty small, but they still managed to get us a table for two. The whole ordering system was a mess, we had to wait for the waiter around 15 minutes because it seemed that the tables for walk-in guests are not served like the other tables. In the end our order was taken by a manager who was walking by and asked how are we doing. Breakfast itself was a bit meh: not a great variety in the buffet area and pretty average a la carte Eggs Benedict. Deposit policy is a strange thing to have in 2022 (especially if deposit is 200 EUR). I mean, I am already your guest and you could trust me to pay for all the purchased stuff when I am leaving…

amazing romantic escapade for a night, welcomed by great staff, very fine decoration in the room, cozy and perfect temperature. Perfect bed, quiet room. Very nice restaurant upstairs, with once again, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. SPA treatment-couple massage experience was superb, we really enjoyed as well relaxation area and thoughtful touch of small snacks and refreshers after!

Also, Casino is not part of Kempinski hotel, yet there is entrance from hotel and we got very excited to go for it, yet it was full of cigarette smoke (we were very surprised that it is allowed), thus left instantly.
