A perfectly located hotel, wonderful room and friendly, helpful staff. Added bonus was the spa which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Truly beautiful building, great location. Good sized room. Restaurant staff very friendly and great service.

Disappointing had to pay for sauna, think should have been included in cost of stay which was fairly expensive. Didn't feel front of house staff particularly welcoming. Not much of a Christmas feel either, only a week beforehand and no tree or decorations which seemed a shame but plenty in Riga to not a problem and the city is fabulous.

Neiburgs was a surprising gem. A beautiful Art Nouveau hotel in a fantastic location. In the middle of all the main areas of interest The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was consistently scrumptious. Thank you for a lovely stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and hope to come back myself some day.

Very nicely decorated and beautiful room. Everything was clean. Good selection of vanity items in the bathroom. Breakfast was great value for the money, lots of different opinions. Nice and friendly staff. Very good location in the heart of the old town, you can walk anywhere.

To me it wasn’t a problem, but the windows were thin and you could hear everything from the street to the room (first night there were a music event outside and they were playing late in the evening). But they had considered the noise issue, because there were ear plugs available in the room. And as a another feedback the wooden floors were somewhat scratched, so they might need a little update in the future.

The room was very nice (and the bathroom too!), breakfast was also very nice - and the location was excellent. I will definitely stay there again.

I arrived relatively late in the day - and it seems that it wasn't possible to get any dinner in the hotel nor any room service. . . . I asked about getting some dinner from somewhere but the receptionist was a bit vague. Does the hotel actually have room service - I couldn't figure it out! But this is a really minor point. . . .

the hotel rooms are exceptionally clean & very spacious. the bathroom was spacious and the location of hotel is superb for seeing the old town of Riga

Gorgeous art nouveau hotel, right in the centre of the old town - walking distance to everything you want to see in Riga. My room was less than £100 a night which for a 4/5 star hotel of this quality is a steal. It was spacious, with a living area and a small kitchenette. Price also included an excellent breakfast and a midday check out time (always appreciated!). Didn't really use the facilities really but there was a gym and spa. I did like the library by the entrance and the restaurant was lovely. Most importantly for me, my room was nice and quiet, slept very well on the comfortable bed.

Can't fault it. Small point - the TV selection could be better, but since I was only staying a couple of nights didn't matter too much. I think a welcome note with some sort of chocolates (or equivalent) would really elevate the experience of the hotel to 5 star.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need. Our room was ready on arrival (despite arriving a couple of hours before the check in time) and the hotel kindly stored our luggage on the day of departure.

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were not open during our visit. It would have been good if we had been told that prior to arrival as we would have considered a different hotel so we were very disappointed not to have been told. We weren't even told on check in - it was when we went downstairs for a pre dinner drink that we were told (and no apology given....!) Breakfast was fine but quite basic.

Amazing location, one of the nicest streets of Riga, super central. The room is very spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Shower was nice. Breakfast was delicious with some local specialities. Definitely recommend for your stay in Riga!

This hotel is fabulous all the way around. We missed our first night due to a flight delay, but enjoyed the time we had left. The rooms are set up like lovely studio apartments- beds, sofas, table, kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. We had a beautiful courtyard connecting to our friend's room. It would be a great place for an extended stay. The staff was outstanding and the restaurant was a favorite of our local tour guide. We enjoyed a delicious outdoor dining experience. Sadly, we didn't experience breakfast due to a very early flight. No doubt that would also have been exceptional. The location was in a quiet area, but very close walking distance to many key attractions. This hotel, and Riga in general, did not disappoint.
