Loved the bathroom and the bed. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The bedroom was spacious and included a big and comfortable bathtub, bidé, big mirror on a wall and a smaller adjustable mirror for doing the make-up

Breakfast buffet felt crowded even with a little people in it due to how the food and beverage selection area is planned. The reception area seemed a bit cold.

Staff were lovely, particularly a lady with a dark straight fringe and piercings who was really friendly and frantically checked we hadn't been conned by a taxi driver (we had not, we got the bus!) and upgraded us to a fancier room. The room itself was lovely with a deep bath and heated bathroom floor. We also had absolute control of our heating which was fab. I didn't like that we had two single duvets...bit random!...but we were fine! Location was lovely for the trendy end of town - try The Cynic bar, really fun! - but I would say it is about 25 mins from the centre of the old town on foot, not anywhere near the stated ten when we booked. Also right next to a supermarket which is handy. Breakfast was your usual sort of thing which was fine for us and vegetarians well catered for. I would stay again.

Nothing much really! I didn't like that we didn't have a fridge - but we lived without.

everything was quite good: - the location (very comfortable for my needs this time), - the room (not so large, but good enough for one person) and with necessary amenities - except the fridge. - communication with the staff was excellent = the breakfast was especially tasty (though i am not super picky)

Unfortunately, besides the fridge, which was not available, the sleepers were not provided either. Which is a pity for such hotel - and which was especially pity considering cold weather during the days of my stay. though these both issues were minor

Very good location, extemely nice and helpful staff in reception. Good breakfast. Nice view from our balcony. We enjoyed bathrobes in our room, also shower gel, shampoo and body lotion was available. Parking was not free, but we arrived quite late, so parked on the street (after 8pm free). We asked for quiet room and did not hear anyone at all. Very nice and quiet.

They do not have a restaurant, so no possibility to have a dinner in the hotel. Shower basin did not drain so well, but it was not that bad and we did not complain to reception. The hot water seemed rusty, but cleared out after we let the water run for a while.

Room was not very big, but nice. Everything was clean and obviously well kept. Location is very convenient. Staff was friendly, even they do not need to do much. Breakfast was good too. And the hotel is definitely close to the Art Nuovo streets.

The worst was the window view: rusty metal fence did not tune in a positive way. Door in the shower needed repair but I fixed it temporary. No bottled drinking water in the room, so you need to buy it. Not deadly, but quite expensive. And - yes - it was good in general.

Great location in Riga’s beautiful Art Nouveau district, super clean with superior rooms incredibly comfortable and spacious. Reception staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We stayed for one night only and had to leave at 5 am to catch our flight. Nevertheless, our kids got pre-packed breakfast and we were able to grab coffee to go. The best thing is how calm and comfortable it is, plus the area is super nice for walking, discovering artchitecture and local restaurants (highly recommend Flying Frog and a nearby Uzbek restauarant).

A proper lively bar (instead of self service-pay-at-reception) would make a difference!

Very good location for good quality sleep. Silent envirovnment while sleeping. Soundproof walls and doors. Intelligent, friendly, helpful receptionists. Good developed smoking area and breakfest restaurant. Very good food. And it's included in room price. There's ability to buy some beer inside hotel. Really comfortible beds - not too soft and not too hard.

Don't like room entry with card (no room key) system. It's complicated, overengineered. Sometimes it's stuck, and you have to try enter the room multiple times. Also, something is wrong with shower floor. It collects to much water and it's draining too slow. In my room, it was dangerous to use hair dryer after using shower, because entire bathroom floor was completely wet after using the shower.

Absolutely lovely place to stay in! The staff was super friendly and always kindly smiling :). The room was also cozy, always neat and clean! The breakfast was also delicious, it was not changed, though it was not a problem for me since I’ve stayed only for 3 nights. The location is super great! Very close to the old city and it’s actually located in the centre which means lots of shops and cafes nearby. It was also very silent in the room (it also for sure depends on your room neighbours), but if you need some silence to take a rest, it was always possible, especially at nights.

I’d only recommend the hotel to provide visitors with at least one bottle of water and the fridge to keep goods. In this case, it would be more convenient.

So, we arrived at 13:40, they welcomed us earlier than it says on their site, that we can check at 14:00 or later. We sent messages to ask some questions and we got fast replies, so nice! Receptionist was welcoming, understandible, he understands english! You can pay by card or cash. They let us park our cars in private parking for 15 euros for one car. First you need to check in, then they show you where to park your car. Rooms were tidy, you can change temperature in room by yourself+ toilet floor were warm too!! TV translates one lithuanian channel! Breakfast (sausages, bacon, pancakes, buns, juice, coffee, etc.) were tasty, salt and pepper were on the table. They work 24/7, so you can come back at hotel whenever you want. We will come back here!!

The staff were friendly and very helpful in regards to checking in and explaining about the parking. The onsite parking is in a closed-off inner yard. It's very secure. However, if you want to park cheaper there is a city parking lot not far away. The location is great. You can walk to the old town. It's not super close and not far away - a nice walk to have an excuse for a heavier dinner. :D The breakfast had a big selection of things to choose from, but I would not call it "fantastic" or "superb" as it was rated on Booking. It's a normal hotel-style breakfast.

I think the only drawback we had was that the room was a bit cold, but it's understandable as it was February. Also, the second keycard didn't work to open the door, but since we were not staying long we didn't bother to ask.
