The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. Fantastic breakfast. Professional and attentive staff, always there to help. Rooms are large and convenient

It’s impossible to get a taxi next to the entrance since there is a no entry sign except for politicians’ vehicles. It might not be a problem in summer, but in winter it’s inconvenient.

The hotel is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Location is very central to Riga old town ( 2 minute walk) & is close to everything you need. The rooms are spacious & the shower is great. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The bartender also made me the best mojito I’ve ever had. Breakfast was also really nice with loads of options to choose from especially gluten free items.

Not a critique just a little more lighting near the mirror wouldn’t have gone a miss.

The location was great and the breakfast was just fantastic, offering a wide choice of food selection with Latvian national food, a huge variety of desserts, even sparkling wine and gluten-free bread and soup!!! The food was delicious and a special "thank you" for small espresso coffee cups! ☕️

We expected to find something in a minibar, as at the arrival my card was asked for to make sure that if I used something from the minibar, I could be charged. Unfortunately, the tiny fridge was empty... Didn't expect this at the 5-star hotel after booking the "Superior King Room" 😢

We had a fantastic stay at the Pullman Riga Old Town with our family last week, receiving a complimentary upgrade to the Presidential Suite. The suite was luxurious, offering two separate bedrooms, a living room, and three bathrooms, which included two showers and a bathtub, one shower boasting a splendid park view through a circular window. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The hotel's location is perfect, situated at the entrance of the Old Town near the river, making it ideal for exploring the city's attractions. Despite the car access limitations due to its proximity to a government building, the setting contributes to its charm and quieter ambiance.

The only downside to our experience was the overly attentive breakfast service. The staff was perhaps too eager to clear dishes, frequently removing plates and cutlery from our table before we had completely finished. This made our breakfast feel a bit rushed, which was slightly inconvenient.

Had to ask for a few bits, extra robe, no milk available for coffee in room and shampoo empty. Not much hanging space or hangers in wardrobe. Not sure it was quite 5*standards. Pool was good as no one else was in it when I used it but wouldn't have been big enough if there had been 2/3 people in. All minor things as generally a lovely stay.

Welcoming and friendly staff members. The interior was quite elegant yet simple and it left an upper-class impression. Breakfast was quite tasty and had a decent variety of foods. Location is just excellent - a few steps away from the Riga old town and a walking distance to the famous freedom monument.

The only thing lacking was the bathroom design. The separating glass wall for the shower and the elevated tile floor is made in a flawed way, so that any excess water creates a puddle in the bathroom itself. Otherwise nothing to really not like in this fine hotel!

overall v nice hotel. the breakfast was excellent. bar staff really friendly and helpful. on the night i arrived i just wanted somewhere quiet to sit as was v tired. bar was busy and the terrace bar was closed. one of the staff, tall young man opened up the roof terrace so i could sit quietly with a drink. that's what i call great attitude and kind and considerate.

the bed was great, really comfortable and room spotless. a minor point but i would put the hooks for bathrobe towels etc on the outside of shower door as hard to open shower door with bathrobe and towels on hooks.

Brilliant location. Room was huge. Also on check in, was given a glass of Prosecco each. Lovely touch of a bottle of wine and Riga alcohol as a gift in the room… superb… separate bath and shower.. bottles of water in the room and a fridge…love love love 🥰

Single beds…but that was a minor issue as I did order a double. But the room size made up for that…

Breakfast was fantastic - excellent buffet and option to order eggs benedict, shakshuka etc. Bed was super comfortable and the bath was very deep (not all rooms have a bath and I was originally placed in one that didn't, but had booked one with bathtub so they changed it with no problem). There is body wash, body moisturiser, conditioner and shampoo in the bathroom, as well as bathrobe and slippers.

Rooms could do with a lick of paint. It would be good if Netflix or something was on the TV.

Location: really 300 meters from Dom Room (number 343) even with town view, size enough for pare. Exellent Staff. Fast and correct reaction. The hotel is clean Very good breakfast. The bathroom is large and well equipped The pool is established. Good restaurant - delicious food and good service.

Bedside tables - Not enough space, everything falls down The shower stall leaks a lot. Water doesn't drain well. Staff found a partial solution. It helped. The room is not well lit.
