Temperature in rooms freezing. Personal settings in room for temperature doesn't do a thing.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Nice breakfast, we especially liked that there were cups to take coffee to go and everything was clearly marked. Nice staff, the check-in and check-out were quite fast.

The main problem was that we were charged again for the room after we left, even though we paid through booking.com in advance. We came back and were refunded, but the money reached my account only a couple of days later. It's not the end of the world, since it was a mistake and we got our money back. However, it was quite a lot of money and it can be an issue/ quite stressful if you are still travelling and need the money. So that kind of ruined the whole experience a bit. We also wish that there were nightstands next to both beds (instead of just next to one of them) and a better soundproofing in the bathroom would be nice as well, but those things are just "would be nice to have".

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great area, directly across from a park, next to cafeterias and restaurants, and a few minutes away from the old town. The staff were really helpful, and we were very well looked after! During the holiday, my husband got in touch with the hotel from overseas to request prosecco to be left in our room which they arranged easily. And the cherry on the cake - I struggle to ever find hotel pillows to my liking and travel with my own pillow. Not only did they have a pillow menu here, but the pillows were actual perfection! Loved having a gym and sauna facilities too. Soundproofing was so good we wondered if there's anyone else actually staying on our floor! We were also provided with a travel adaptor wall plug - small things that make all the difference.

Being on the first floor with a courtyard room, the room was rather dark and dim, but otherwise everything was great.

Room was not cleaned properly. Socks and underpants from previous guest was found in a room.

Beds very comfortable, room a good size, bathroom modern with a decent shower. Nice towels. Breakfast was fab - something for everyone, I am sure. Plenty of fruit, cereals, nuts, seeds, hot food, berry smoothies, variety of breads, hot drinks, cold drinks etc. You wouldn't go hungry! Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Location excellent - a short walk from the old town, it seemed a really nice area, with a park opposite and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and bars nearby.

The room was a little gloomy - could do with a brighter light to put on when needed. No bedside table by one of the twin beds which was awkward. At first we thought we could put the one bedside table between the beds, but there are no sockets there for the lights, phone or chargers.

The hotel was everything you'd expect from Radisson: comfortable, in an excellent prime location facing a quiet park, but right in the very center of Riga, spacious, with great breakfast buffet, great rooms (with excellent beds!) and underground parking right in the same building - a rare thing in the historical pedestrian center of a European capital. Tea kettle and a coffee machine in the room is also a nice thing to have on a cold November day. When we first arrived, we didn't like the rooms we initially booked though (more on that below), but the reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and moved us (we had 2 rooms) to a different floor and different rooms. As a pregnant woman, I even got a park view to enjoy some fresh air as an upgrade :) What a lovely touch! Also, we were checking out at 4 am, and the reception staff packed a lovely breakfast for us to go that met all our allergy requirements. Thank you, Radisson!

Some of the rooms have really weird bathrooms: the sink is right in the middle of the room, and there is no door in the toilet and bathtub area, just a matte glass screen that offers no privacy at all. I mean... sure, a double room suggests some level of intimacy between the people who stay there, but can we have at least some privacy in the bathroom, please? What a weird design. Apart from that, everything is perfect, really. Just make sure to not book this type of a room.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, tehy provided a map and any kind of information we asked. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was quite satisfying with various choices available. Location was perfect, within the walking distance to old city and many other facilities like train station, shopping centres and restaurants arround.

Very good and quality hotel but one small point to mention here; there was no electric switch next to bed making it difficult for us when we wake up during night. We also made a reservation for airport taxi transfer but somehow they forgot to pick us from the airport and arrived about an hour delay after our remindment call to the hotel.

The place is modern, the location is excellent, not in old town but you can walk towards old town in 10-15 min. It is across a park which is really nice to walk through or sit on a bench and just relax. Their breakfast buffet is really nice. My room was large enough.

I didn't like my bathroom set up. For some reason, they put me in a handicap accessible room, they did ask me if I was okay with that but I really didn't know how that would be like so the bathroom is wide open, no door and the water just goes eveywhere when you shower. Maybe that was their only single room? Anyway, over all it was a great hotel.

Riga has 4 Radisson Blu hotels. I checked reviews and this was the best one recommended. Now I know why! Service was exceptional with a very kind and helpful staff. Listened to our request. Surprise even in the room with a birthday card and cakes. Room was modern and spacious. Location is excellent. Good quality bed and pillows for a good night sleep. Big plus: tissues even! Not every hotel provides this. Toiletries were really nice, too. Stayed in a very spacious twin room on the 7th floor in a quiet corner. Restaurants, breakfast place, coffee shops, bars, shops were close by. Old Town 15mins walking away. Great location.

The only thing that could be better, if the single bed was a bit wider. Oh and if tea, hot chocolate was not provided for 1 person only, but 2 as per the booking.

Beautiful hotel! We celebrated there marriage anniversary and hotel exceeded our expectations. We got free room upgrade, fruits & candies, wishes of strong love. Thank you! Also we want to say thank you for a welcome drinks! The hotel is modern, centrally located and have nice design. Room is spacious and modern. Hotel has gym & small saunas. Nice bar on the first floor. Tasty breakfasts. Definitely come back!

The vertical surfaces in our room were dusty. All another is good. During our visit bar employee (blond girl) was unfriendly and with badly hidden irritation told with me about the drinks. But maybe it's just a bad day or long working hours. ;) All another staff were friendly and helped us a lot with out questions.
