Fabulous views from 16th floor. Very convenient location for us as we were attending a wedding and also exploring the city and surrounding area. We loved sharing breakfast with the Wolves. Breakfast was fine but could do with bigger cups for tea. Rooftop terrace was great.

Last night was a bit noisy till about 2am, perhaps a function on 20th floor? Music was very thumpy. We were at a fabulous wedding reception there on the Friday night and hope that it didn’t disturb everyone else. Also there was a kettle, mugs and a teaspoon in the room plus a well stocked mini bar/fridge. . However, no teabags, coffee or milk. Why have a kettle and nothing to drink?? Our friends were in the Mercury and had all these things.

The view (that I paid for) was magnificient. Also the room! Brekkie more than ok.

The room got a bit hot and AC took a while to cool it down. There were also messy spots you would not expect in a four star hotel. The personnell except for brekfast waitresses were a bit distant.

Everything was well thought through. Also, I was surprised that the saunas and pool were included into the price. We were also offered a 10% discount for spa as guests of the hotel. The room was very nice, great view, everything was very clean. Breakfast is a buffet with a lot of available options for everyone to choose from: I got to make my own waffle. Very happy about the stay

The air conditioning requires cleaning, because there is a weird smell if you leave it on in the room for a long time, and there is no way to open windows. And that is the only disadvantage. Everything else is perfect.

Even though the hotel building was a little old, in terms of having modern quantities related to a quality hotel, it receives full marks. The public and private facilities of the hotel were very good. The interior design of the room was very special, which of course made it a little difficult to use the room. In the room, you have to go up and down the stairs several times. The view of the hotel was very beautiful. The hotel restaurant on the upper floor was very good. The hotel staff was very friendly. The pool and SPA of the hotel were great. The mini bar was very complete. Breakfast was acceptable.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! Location is perfect - old town just around the corner, you can see the canal and the sea from your window. Very romantic sunsets. The room is spacious, bright, tidy and comfy. Loved the bath built in the floor. Breakfast was great and there were 2 hours of spa included in the price, but we couldnt try it this Time around. Maybe Next Time. 😊

I would like to sometime stay here with my Kids, but then it would be a stressful staying as the window oppens from the downside and it seems really dangerous.

Easy check-in, parking provided directly at the hotel. Close to walk to the harbor and nearby restaurants. Room size was good and really clean. Breakfast is recommended as well. Pool is a nice add-on. Roof-top bar with sunset was amazing.

Parking area looked old and quite narrow ramps. It was a bit annoying to walk a lot of meters from the reception area to the room, using multiple stairs, hallways and lifts. Could be a bit difficult for people with disabilities. Parking costed extra.

This is a part old hotel from the Soviet days and part new-built European standard, but with quite an interesting architecture for both parts. The atmosphere is calm and laid-back, I got a room with a view of the calm square behind the hotel and I slept very good. The wi-fi network was also very good. I guess in the old days this hotel was the place to be in Klaipeda and, well, it still is!

If you are not used to "Scandinavian style" hotel design and check-in, you can get a bit confused during check-in because this takes place in the new part of the hotel, and if your room is in the old part you have to take quite a walk through the bar, thru different corridors and use two different elevators to get to your room - however, this is only a very minor remark, after all you're not going to sleep in the corridor :-)

Good value for money! Well cleaned and rooms with a great view of all the city. Nice Skybar at the top Breakfast was ok, more variety of foods would be nice. Fresh juice was a great start of the day! Free bikes and scooters available!

Rooms were slightly too hot, air conditioning was not doing its job well. Windows are opening not safely. You can open only the bottom part outwards. Carpet was a little bit worn off. Pool area is a little bit worn, smelly changing rooms, feels a little bit old.

Hotel is in perfect location. Clean and tidy. Great value for money.

The policy to clean up the room ONLY with the notification on the door, if the notification on the door is missing OR was hanged by the end of the day (room cleaning only till 4 pm) the rooms will not be cleaned, and you have to ask additionally at reception. Cleaning is only within specific hours, have hanged a notification on the door to clean up the room, but the room was not cleaned, towels not changed on time. Asked for fresh towels and the pesonnel brought them to the room in 5 min.
