Great location right next to the train station. Charming and calm hotel with nice artwork and decoration. Comfortable beds and pillows.
The parking situation was quite complicated, as the parking lot holds only 11 cars for the whole hotel. You have to wait and see if a spot is made available, and then you can go in, but even if you only can have a spot a couple of hours you will have to pay the full day of parking, which is not a good deal.

I recently spent a long weekend at this lovely hotel with my boyfriend, and I found the stay just wonderful! We stayed for three days, and I had dropped a message to the hotel that it would be my boyfriend’s birthday on the day we checked in. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with a welcome cocktail, and the staff member was incredibly friendly, spending time with us to recommend local attractions and the best places to eat—this truly set the tone for our stay. The room itself was beautiful and exceeded the standards I’d expect from a 3-star hotel. It was equipped with everything we needed and offered a cozy yet stylish ambiance. The staff here understands that the first impressions of a city begin with the hotel stay. They truly do their best to make it a pleasant and welcoming experience right from the start. On our last day, we enjoyed the petit déjeuner, the breakfast buffet, which was just as impressive—delicious and beautifully served. I want to thank the hotel staff once again for their exceptional service. It truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!

Near the trainstation (which comes very handy when arriving with the train). Most sightseeing places are on a walking distance and the neighborhood felt really safe and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. They late me check out an half hour later because of an online meeting, which was very much appreciated. I also appreciated the bottle of water in the room, it’s something small but I appreciate that.
Everything was good, the only thing is personal and that is a kettle to make tea or coffee in the room, but there are enough places (nearby) to get that shot of caffeine.

Quiet neighborhood close to the city center. Parking on site was massively appreciated and it all felt very safe. We were only there for one night but the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and informative when we had questions, and very welcoming to our little dog. Everything was exceptionally clean and the hotel had a lot of charm. We didn't really use the bar or breakfast area but the lounge by the bar looked super cosy. No trouble at all speaking with us in English (even with a Scottish accent). We felt the pricing of the room, parking, and pet supplement was super reasonable for the location as well. I initially emailed them to confirm they allowed pets, and received a response super quickly!

Location was ideal easy to find. We needed a hotel that had on site parking. Many hotels closer to the old part of Luxembourg did not have parking facilities nearby. So this fulfilled the brief. The rooms were large and beds very comfortable.
It wasn't as close to the tram station as we would have liked, but we should have done more research on that before booking. Access to the car park was very tight. Two of our rooms were upstairs. Not a problem normally but they were curved and the banister was positioned on the smaller side and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage with no banister to hold on to. Quite slippy stairs and although the receptionist was friendly and welcoming there was no help with our luggage up the curved stairway. If your mobility was compromised in any way access to these rooms would be a problem

Good location close to city centre, very kind and helpful staff, very comfortable room, stable wi-fi. Happy to store my luggage which I massively appreciate. Only stayed for two nights but my room was cleaned after the first night which was impressive!
Bedsheets had a couple of stains. Couldn’t find a bottle opener to use the mini-bar bottles. Couldn’t figure out how to control the radiator in the room. All minor details however, so generally a very good hotel and I would gladly stay again!

This is a lovely hotel in easy walking distance to the centre and everything you should see while in Luxembourg! The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. I stayed in a superior room with a juliette balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The towels were changed each day which for me is not necessary for a 2 night stay but I appreciated it nevertheless :)
Unfortunately there were street works when we stayed which started early in the morning but that was not the fault of the hotel. The only little negative comment I would have is that due to the orientation and layout of the room, the bathroom was very small, especially the shower cubicle and there was very little space to put toiletries but as I was only one person and the stay was short it was not much of a problem

The room was great - the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - the selections were fantastic, freshly made and so delicious. And dinner at the restaurant was amazing - I mean, like REALLY one of the best meals I've had since I've been in Europe (moved to Germany in June). Make reservations because it's small and fills up quickly. The staff was excellent - made us feel comfortable and every single one of them was just so friendly. The location was great - took about 15 min to walk to the city center - and easy to find. The first night we were there they were hosting a party and I thought, oh man, I won't be able to sleep - but after walking all day falling asleep was no problem. And they warned us it might get loud, but it was fine. I know if we go back, we'll definitely stay there again.
The shower was a little odd - only half a pane keeping the water in and our shower head didn't stay in its "holder" and kept falling off and spraying water every where. I guess we could have said something but we were only there two nights. And parking was tight - the parking area was small so if you have a car - park and walk or you might not get a spot when you return. Plus, public train is FREE - so just use that. Seriously, those were the only downsides - it truly was a wonderful place.

room: The bed was comfortable and the cushions were very comfortable. My bike panniers were heavy and the lift was welcome. Staff very polite and opened up a shortcut for me to the parking. Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel - plenty of choice and everything appeared to be fresh.
No aircon as indicated in the facilities. My room seemed to be directly opposite an office where windows can look straight into the room. With the window open the street noise was loud.

Location, cleanliness , quality of mattress & staff welcome and smile. All this for a very good price. Breakfirst is fantastic , combined with the gentleness of the staff : a very good start for my business day!😉😃. I will come back here for one of my next Lux trip.
I was there June, temp was high and I slept window open ( no AC and I knew that) but I found too much noise in the early morning due to car traffic and commercial airplanes in their final landing approach. Specifically I was surprised by the low altitude and numbers of commercial heavy planes over Lux town( very unpleasant).
