Superb location for exploring Melaka. Walking distance of the town & main attractions. Excellent family swimming pool for all to enjoy with a splash pool for the children. Good breakfast. Fridge in room & comfy beds.

On our second night, at 2:30am, someone came into our room. It was only because we’d put the safety chain on, that they were unable to come in fully. They told my husband that they’d been given our room! The next morning, our room keys had been cancelled! When we done to reception, they didn’t seem to know anything about it. No one said goodbye. With the pool being accessed via air conditioned corridors, it would be nice to have dressing gowns available in the rooms. The sun loungers were welcome, but a little flimsy.

I like the location, it was literally walking distance from shops and jonker street. The wifi was stable throughout the day and they had a very clean decent room though room was a little small.

I didn't like that the hotel was not responsive to messages om booking.com platform after 6pm especially after asking me to call and inform if i arrive later than 8pm. Their phone line was completely not working and I was anxious since I was not able to call and inform about my late arrival but I still had a room upon arrival. This caused uneccesary distress. Breakfast can be better

I liked the location of the hotel. It was just a 10 minute walk to the heart of Melaka and the location had its own vibrant night life that came with it. The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious. The shower size was very decent as well. The biggest attraction at this hotel will have to be the large swimming pool and the bar that's open till around 10 pm.

The only thing I didn't like was the view outside my window. It was facing the building next door which was very close to the hotel wall. The curtains had to be closed the whole time as I felt like I was part of the big brother tv show if I left the curtain open 🤣

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in Melaka and were able to check in at 1.30 pm. Thank you Ibis. The room and bathroom were spotless. The room was relatively small compared to similar hotels but it didn’t bother us as we only really slept there. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel is relatively close to Jonker Street and main attractions. We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked popular.

The hotel didn’t supply hand or face towels in the bathroom. When we asked we were told standard rooms don’t include these items although the photos of the bathroom show hand towels. Never realised hand towels are luxury items ☹️.

Room very spacious and cosy. Bathroom very spacious and toilettes are good quality and nice to use. Lifts very fast and do not need to wait long. Everything are fantastic except breakfast seating and food and swimming pools.

Breakfast pale in comparison to Amari. Not enough seats. Let us into the dinning area but no seats. End up we need to walk around and grab for seats like in the food court. Should let the guest wait outside and guide them to table. When we went swimming, there are no towels and we need to wait 15 mins

The hotel was way nicer than expected. We had two rooms right next to each other. Both were decently sized, super clean, with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The AC worked great too. There is a pool that the kids used which was nice in the heat. Parking is onsite and free. Breakfast was an additional cost but it was affordable and it had a pretty good selection. Walking distance to all the sights. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. 5 minute walk to historical centre. Good facilities with large outdoor swimming pool at the back of the hotel. There was also a large car park at the back of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. They also offered a buffet style evening meal at extra cost. This was excellent and good value. I would recommend this hotel and would stop again if I came back to Melaka.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. The floors adjacent to the walls and the corners of the room were a bit dusty and needed attention.

walking distance to the Stadthuys, Dutch Square, Jonker Street and Sungai Melaka. this hotel offers a parking space foc. The room is spacious with strong water pressure even on the top floor. It is situated at Little India, makes the scene so lively! staff are super friendly too.

The location is superb. It’s in walking distance to Jonker Street and different museums. It has a free parking with guards too. Do not have to worry about finding parking in tourist spots. All staff greeted us from the moment our car drove into the parking lot. We feel war,Ed after travelling on the road.

At first our door key sensor is not working, so we went down to lobby again. Maybe next time prepare a telephone at every floor so that we can use it to contact reception without going up and down.
