Strategically location within commercial centre with some restaurants and milk tea shops. There's elevator within the building, so no issue for elderly to reach upper floors. However, as the guesthouse was located within bustling commercial centre, it could be difficult to find a parking space nearby during daytime. The room was clean and so did the bathrooms. There were 2 en-suite bathrooms & 2 sinks which was really nice for group travelers.

My room was next to the air-cond compressors area. The aircond compressors were a bit noisy.

Both the rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The rooms have 2 toilets which are really convenient to us. The suite rooms are located at area where foods are easily available and in variety. The entrance to the property may not be attractive, but once you entered the room, it really value for money.

One of the beds is facing the entrance of the toilets which is not too suitable to sleep on, suggest to have a sliding door at the entrance to the toilets. Suggest to have handwash cream at the basin for clients' convenience.

Everything! The room was very spacious, comfortable and the facilities were all great. They provided almost everything from iron, hair dryer, towels, water filter even soaps so its very convenient. The check in process was also very easy and to have the locker to get/leave the card is ideal. The staff was also very helpful in sharing the location and was very prompt in giving us the password for the locker 😁

Everything! And credit to the host and person in charge that helped us to open the door when we accidentally left our cards in the room. The person in charge gave us a super friendly smile without making any scene of seriousness etc while assisting us. Make us felt her sincerity and kindness. Will definitely come back to this hotel in future. Thank you^^

I like the services.Even without staff, Miss Tay instructions are very clear to the customers for check in and check out process.

It's not that I don't like anything. But, for some people maybe they prefer much hanging places to hang their clothes. But, I think the hangers provided by the facility is moderately enough.

There is a Water dispenser, microwave, fridge at the level we are in. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilets are clean, Checking in and out is a breeze too.

Parking is difficult during peak hours. But mostly available at night.

Space, amenities, location. Room was big enough for 7 of us (4 adults 3 kids). The plus factor.. 2 toilets/bathroom! Everything was well thought! Thanks! Will come back if we are in town!

All good and nice, all perfect from the entrance to the room. Overall is so clean. The bed is comfy. Staff is good. Lobby was so nice to take OOTD. Will repeat staying here if I come to Muar again. LOVE

Astro not available, bathroom/toilet can be peep and no private parking.

Very clean, the facilities provided is superb. The host is really nice and helpful. The check-in was self-service but easy to follow instructions given. There are a lot of places to eat around the area.
