Staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.The receptionist was friendly and helpful.The room was clean and tidy.Your breakfast choice was excellent.From local cuisine to western.Everything is available.My personal compliment to Mr.Taufik Adros for coming over personally asking us about our meal. The swimming pool facilities was great too.Clean towel and clean lay back chairs. Well done Crowne Plaza.Will bo looking forward on my next stay in other part of the world.

Choice of breakfast bread and rolls should be more.There is no whole meal bread. A good simple welcome drink will make alot of different.

I stayed here solo as a pit stop after a late night train ride and before going to Georgetown in the morning. Hotel seems brand new and luxuriously decorated. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating for my late-night check in (even though I was sweaty and dressed for hiking). Rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. I also ordered room service for breakfast and it was quite good. I actually wish I stayed more nights here and just went to the island by ferry for daytime activities.

Nothing I didn't like

Brand new facilities, felt crisp, clean and unused. Breakfast was nice, as were the staff. Location was peaceful with no road noise. Lovely rooftop pool and gym facilities.

Express laundry service touted as available but was not. I formed the hotel they should amend their instructions to avoid disappointment.

Strategic location, no traffic congestion and near to Sunway Carnival Mall

Breakfast not included in the hotel package. They should promote and include breakfast in certain room package. The guard and the hotel management policy make it hard to us as a customer when to pick up Zus Coffee order (strictly no waiting area). Please revise the policy or the customer will book another hotel.

Modern facilities and design. Everything was new. Nearby Penang Sentral. I love the bedding, pillows and linen too. Really had a good rest. Definitely will be my newfound favourite hotel.

A bit far from eateries, shops and restaurants. Not a problem if you have a car.

We stayed in the suite, it was so spacious and clean.. We heard it is a new hotel so the rooms were so new. Great living room for kids to play and eat. I will definitely stay in here again.

But the location to Georgetown is far, need to take ferry but we got used to it, ferry terminal is near..

The ambience. The staff are exceptional. Very friendly and nice. The room was super comfy. I had a very good sleep. The food was delicious too. The lounge access food was yummy. The long island tea cocktail is one of the tastiest.

I liked everything

The rooms were clean and greatly managed! Staff Ahmed Ahmed in the evening shift was cheerful and gave us priority service. He did a fantastic job

The staff Serah ( morning shift-29th Dec) treated us differently while checking out. These kind of staff are a disgrace to an internationally acknowledged hotel!

Staff was very nice...hotel is clean.... Only that is quite new hotel... No shop nearby 😅

No hairdryer which I thought every 4 to 5star hotel shall have

The big room is super clean and the reception lady was very helpful on our request. The pool and the room have very nice sea view, amazing photo taken there. Check in was efficient even there is a changes on our room.
