Parking was easy..

Quite noisy since facing main road.

Location was strategic, near to town. The price so affordable. Friendly staff.

The view. I choose sea view but I get parking view. But, that time I was too tired to go to lobby so, I just stay at tht room.

The room is small, but cozy. The bed is very comfortable. There is a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, refrigerator. Convenient hotel location, great staff. Very good bathroom!

When booking it was stated high floor and sea view, instead the room was on the first floor and overlooking the parking lot. On the first night, someone was smoking in the next room - the smoke through the ventilation went straight to us. After complaining to the staff, the problem was solved - thank you!

Diyana at reception is so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Her suggestions helped make our holiday a great experience. I left some of my clothes in the closet and she got them back to me at our new accommodation across town! The rooms are very clean and modern. The Hollywood twin room is quite spacious! The location is perfect, across from the bus terminal and down the street from the Clan Jettys. Also near Little India, the Magic Museum and other shopping and restaurants.

The wifi did not work well on the 5th floor, but when we moved to the 3rd floor it was perfect.

Everything. Room so spacious, complete with iron, iron board, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge and many more. Facilities like 5star hotel with price of budget hotel. Staff in reception also so nice & very helpful. Smooth checkin & checkout. And the very best part is parking so spacious, because my previous visit at Penang, always had problem with parking issue. Good job Hotel 19.

Tv channel not so variety. Mybe can put some local tv channels in future.

We had the loveliest room with a view of the harbour. The hotel is located in the heart of Georgetown, close to most things tourists want to see.

There was traffic noise from outside which was hard to ignore.

Room and bathroom were spotless clean and comfortable, easy and plenty parking access , staffs were amazing and helpful.

The room not soundproof you can hear loud noises from the outside of other rooms

Very clean and worth for price.

The lift is located at 1st floor. Got some stairs to reach the lift. It becomes difficult for disabled person to use wheelchair.

Great location, the bus from the airport drops you off almost right at the door. Lovely greeting by receptionist on arrival. Very clean property, will definitely stay again when in Penang

Can't fault this place at all
