Service was amazing. The room was fantastic and I couldn't ask for anything better. The cleaning staff was outstanding! The bartenders at Spice Market were excellent. The arrival and exit services were professional and top notch!
Room service for breakfast arrived cold but was corrected by the hotel. Can't order food from the snack bar at Mario Canario and take it to eat in our room. You have to order room service or eat it there. Our heated pool broke the second night and was fixed but the amount of time needed to heat up was too late in the evening to use. This was also corrected at checkout by the hotel.

Our stay with Live Aqua San Miguel was an absolutely wonderful experience. This was certainly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The setting and architecture of the hotel was so lovely, we loved the breakfast in the morning and drinks by the pool. It was a peaceful oasis and the staff made us feel welcome and were very attentive to all of our questions. We loved the small details in the hotel that made our stay so special, the service in the room was outstanding we felt completely spoiled. The location is a short and safe walk to the main square and we enjoyed been just outside of the busy area where it was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Miguel - having visited the other hotels in the area offering 5 star experiences as well - I would choose Live Aqua again every time.

new! beautiful. clean. great staff. great food. great location. smart tv and Bluetooth in room sound system was a nice surprise and easy to use.
rooms were mostly quite but we heard a lot of hallway noise. need better insulation on the doors. spice market food was not as good as the other restaurants.

Excelent breakfast. Beautiful sunday brunch with live music. Not in the historic center, 15 minutes walk. Positive side is that there is no street noise. It is a bigger hotel comparing to the ones at the historic center
Restaurants are very good but little option of international food. They are Asian and Mexican food

Love this place and a lot of the staff. They are safe and friendly. The design and the smell is amazing! It’s definitely too luxury and fun. The rooms are comfy.
Firstly it’s too expensive. They don’t sell guest passes or day passes for locals which sucks if you have a friend or two who wants to just come join at the pool. I don’t think it’d be unreasonable to let one or two guests join especially since you’d be making more money from drinks. After my wedding, my friends spent hundreds of dollars at your restaurant then wanted to join us at the pool, but were immediately escorted out like criminals. I also don’t like having to reset the cards at 11, nor do I like having to walk in the open to our room when it’s raining. Also why can’t we sit outside during the evening in the cabanas? The rooms were a little stuffy and our record player was broken.

We loved the facilities, the staff, and overall feel of the property. The entire property is outstanding- every corner there is something different to find and you can see how it all ties into the space. The staff went above and beyond in service and their covid procedures were very impressive. They were very helpful in providing covid tests back to us to travel back into the US and always made sure everything was sanitized. Would definitely stay here again
It was a little pricey but expected as it is one of the newest resorts in SMA

Hotel structure is excellent, very good buffet breakfast, pool is incredible, rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious, staff is helpful and gym is decent
Had some weird noise in the room a few times, felt like someone knocking on the door, but actually there wasn't anyone there, really minor issue; hotel location is fine, given the size of the property, but you have to take to walk a bit or take a taxi to go to the city center
