I liked it that no one bother me with the non sense of the fever taken and the feet on a pool of disinfectant or masks or distances. It was wonderful that all that is over and people are coming back to their senses, specially hotels. The only hotel i would trust it is a hotel that didn't do any extra special cleaning because they were already very clean but i didn't find any who states that, so that means that hotels before Corvid were not being very clean. Food in the restaurant is good.

They did not have the custom to call a taxi for you, but they are plenty on the street. TV is very limited. Room is small.

I like the location is very convenient and near to many places where people can enjoy, like good restaurants and the malecon just steps away. The staff is very helpful and is there to show concern about the guests needs. I couldn't be more thankful to all of them that strive to keep the hotel in a wonderful shape and always greet you with a smile on their faces. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in a place of comfort and cleanliness. I personally thank Cali and Carlos from the front desk because they are awesome at what they do,(Keep up the good work guys). Thanks a lot to the restaurant staff as well,good service and great food.

There's nothing I wouldn't like about this hotel.

Bed mattresses were nice and comfortable. Showers had good strong consistent flow of water. Restaurant on ground floor was convenient to grab food with good menu delicious authentic Mexican menu and nice full bar. Each room gets a pitcher o fill up filtered water from downstairs bar which is very appreciative. Staff maintains good standard of cleanliness. Convenient to everything you need for the stay. Taxi waiting area is right across the hotel making hauling taxi or Uber very easy.

Traffic noises in early morning and evening even with double pane windows if your room is facing main road.

Newer renovated room with a small kitchenette. The fridge is great for cooling beverages and keeping snacks. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well when needed. The cleaning staff is very hard working. The hotel has a really good restaurant and a full-service bar. The ambiance is very nice and mellow. The hotel is steps away from the Malecon and multiple shops selling hand-crafted items and souvenirs. This hotel is pet friendly too.

No elevator. But the staff assisted us with our baggage during check-in and check-out. Thank you!

It was great that the hotel had a restaurant with excellent food (which was very nice as we do not usually eat out as we have special food needs). The beds were comfortable. It was very clean (super important in a pandemic). The room had blackout curtains. The location was close to the beach, many restaurants and tourist options.

We reserved a room with a kitchen (the pictures showed one) and when we got there there was no room with a kitchen available so we had to pay for all our meals (we are not the type that eat out). The room bathroom was very awkward as the shower was right in the room (not in a separate bathroom) and the door was see through glass. We were friends traveling so it made it awkward to shower. Had to put towels over the door. The toilet was right beside one of the beds so at any time you could hear and smell if another person used the toilet (the door is barn style and only covers the toilet but doesn't close completly. Because the hotel is close to the Melacon, you hear loud noisy people returning from the late night bars throughout the night.

I had a friend visiting me during my stay. The person at the reception gave her a really hard time to come in the property. We decided to head out of the hotel to dine in a restaurant rather than arguing with the front desk staff.

I had booked this hotel as a wedding gift for a cousin. It turns out that they would have needed me to check in with the credit card it was booked with. After a few messages through Booking.com we came to an agreement that the couple would pay cash upon arrival and the deposit for the room would be refunded after the stay since I wanted to ensure the room was available for them. Although I had to remind them of my refund , what I love is that I didn't have to jump through hoops to receive it. The newlyweds loved the hotel's location and had a great time. All in all it turned out to be a positive booking. Thank you.

This hotel is very good with the nice restaurant and perfect customer service. It's located in the central part of Puerto Vallarta near Malecon and beaches. Prices for various rooms are reasonable, and similar to the most Casas / BnBs in this area, although this hotel is much better. Stay away from booking of Casa Maria Malecon if you do not want to experience scams.

Wonderful hotel, great location, 1 block from the malecon and beach. Plenty of great restaurants withing walking distance. Located in Old Town, which is the best part of Puerto Vallarta to stay in.

The pool was small and located next to the restaurant so you couldn't have any fun in the pool. NO SPLASHING cause you might get the restaurant guests wet. But don't worry cause the restaurant is poor. We ate there about 3 yrs ago and it has really gone downhill. The service was terrible. "I'm the head waiter... I'll get your server to come and attend you shortly." Get over yourself. Your here to make my visit pleasant. I don't care who you are... I would like some service please.

The place was a nice location. Minutes (3-5) walk to El Malecon central beach walk. For what you get, you cant beat the price. I didn't use the property for anything else other than sleeping and showering. There was a 24hr OXXO within a minute of the hotel.

The AC, it works, but it is noisy. Sounds like it can break down at any given moment. Thankfully it didn't. The pool is tiny but I personally don't care for that stuff. As long as the room is clean and has AC and working shower and toilets, I'm good.
