The property was exceptionally clean! My room was cleaned every day, which I appreciate immensely. The hotel is owned by a wonderful family, all of whom were kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was comfortable and cool; I didn’t need AC, the fan was more than enough and the shutters kept the room cool if I left them closed when I went out during the day. The location was good for me because it’s close to the Rinconada area and close to the beach (8-20 minute walk depending on which beach you go to). It might be more difficult for older people because you have to walk downhill to get to the beaches in this area and then back uphill when leaving.

The shower pressure in my room was not quite as strong as I would have liked, though it wasn’t bad, especially compared to some other accommodations in Puerto Escondido. Also, the wifi can be pretty slow sometimes so if you’re working online it would be better to go to a co-working cafe with Starlink.

The family who runs the hotel are super friendly and hospitable. Very clean, they clean the rooms basically every day and change linen and towels every other or 3rd day I think. I got to check in earlier which was very much appreciated and I extended two more nights as well without any problems. My room had a ceiling fan and it worked out great since it got a bit colder during the night I had no problems sleeping, and usually I need AC in my room. They also have a pool which is great for just reading a book and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again when I return!

Although the hotel is not particularly luxurious, it is very clean and very cost-effective and Warmth. The owners are also very patient and helpful which is very important

Location is good, the personal is kind, the place is clean, the bedroom is very confortable, I chossed a bedroom with a fan, so for me was perfect. Yes, Ill return to this place.

The wifi can be better and just missed a coffee machine.

Amazingly friendly and welcoming. A nice pool area and seating area. Hot shower. Room cleaning was offered daily. A 15 min walk from everywhere. Great value for money. All in all super hosts. I will return.

Very friendly and helpful family-run hotel in a quiet location not far, and in walking distance to 2 beaches, some bars and fantastic restaurants. They also have a lovely swimming pool to cool of in the heat. The room was basic, but clean. The owners gave a a free cold beer which I think was a nice touch!

Everything was great for me personally. Had a bit of a problem with the Internet (but it's not the hotel's fault - they only have one tower serving the whole of Puerto Escondido). The water in my room was also not hot - rather lukewarm, which didn't bother me at all in the heat.

Pretty quiet, charming facilities. Far from the noise. Very kind and helpful staff! The pool is a nice amenity!

The hotel was safe and secure. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The pool was great for my family!

It's a family business and they have two cute dogs on top. The place is in a calm street and one can relaxe perfectly. The room was nice and cosy. The little hotel reminded me a little bit of a Riad, since it has a little garden inside.

Wonderful owners, great location, could walk to beach (steep stairs, though) and nearby restaurants. Has a pool.
