The place where the hotel is located was great, they took advantage of the rock that is on the town to make it part of the hotel. Also the decor was fantastic, the rooms were super dark at nights. The staff was highly supportive and kind

There is no enough space for parking in front of the hotel, so they make you park in a parking lot that is almost wall to wall of the property.

It’s a beautiful place, situated beside the Peña with an amazing view of the town. Incredibly attentive staff and the food was delicious.

It had many stairs and some of them are a little bit challenging to climb, but it’s a nice place and very comfortable.

Noise and lack of air condition in room , Temperature reached 30 C ! Adjacent room noise isolation does not exit at all, besides Party at terrace of Hotel until 3 am was allowed and noisily

The view of the mountain is spectacular from the hotel. The style and Decorations are really pretty. Every space was utilized to the max.

Room was small for 4 adults. Bed was really uncomfortable and we really didn't have space to move around or even change. It even felt like there was no oxygen. Hotel is bit far from the town's center.

The hotel is beautiful and is in a great location.

The restaurant below the hotel played music very loud until 3 in the morning. I now the hotel can't do anything about it - just don't stay in the rooms on the same level as reception on a Friday or Saturday night. Earplugs didn't even help - that is how loud the music is.

The location was fantastic; the hotel has great views of Peña de Bernal. The staff is also super helpful and kind. The breakfast didn’t provide many options, but it was tasty.

I didn’t like my room at all. Part of the experience was that part of the Peña is inside the room. Although it is unusual and may seem interesting, it is neither practical nor comfortable. The stone took over a large portion of the room, so I had to hop on the bed to reach my side. Also, it made the whole room VERY humid, had no cell service, and limited Wifi signal.

Situated at the base of the Monolith (Peña) which was great. The Hotel has great scenery and lots of nooks to hang out. The higher end suites for couples have their own private patios.

The Family room we received had no windows, which we did not mind too much. Instead, we had a wall formed of rocks to simulate a cave, maybe? But this causes moisture to come into the room which leaves a strong smell of mold. All of our clothes ended up stinking of such. Maybe need to find a way to ventilate.

Wonderful staff. We don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak much English but they worked with us till our needs were met which showed they care about their guests.

the Pool (really small), only one trash can in the room, dangerous corners in the bed base (sharp edges), also bath tub was outside the room overall, the hotel should think to satisfy the customers at maximum level
