Very impressed with the facilities as a whole. The room was very spacious with a nice sun facing balcony. It was a shame that we had workmen outside our room in the morning plastering the roof, but that didn't necessarily get in the way.

On the night we arrived (April 9th) we went to the bar by the pool where they had a "musician" playing the keyboard and "singing" songs. The singer had by far the worst singing voice I have ever heard and was being laughed at by the guests. I know I am being mean writing this, but this guy was a laughing stock and should not have been performing at a 5 star resort and seeing him being laughed at was even more uncomfortable than the singing. I have got a recording of the singing if anyone needs proof. It is also a shame that what is deemed the better restaurants in the hotel requires significant advanced booking.

The breakfast was my favorite meal there, as the options were the most desirable. There were lots of options and the fresh fruit was delicious! The housekeepers were also just spectacular, and my room was always clean!

I wish more restaurants there offered breakfast. Having the same place for every single morning got a little monotonous. The servers in the buffet were also a little rude sometimes. I saw them walk away from our table and go talk to another server, and they'd both look back at our table. That was pretty annoying.

we stayed in a ocean front j suite. room was clean and bright. bed was comfy. big pool had plenty of activities during the day. overall a good stay.

no buffet for dinner, you have to go one of the a la carte restaurants. you have to give sufficient amount of tip ‘every day!’ to get a proper service at breakfast and lunch buffet, all the bars, from pool side waiters, all restaurants, room service and more. that is actually quite annoying because if for example you are in water and ‘suprise’ you dont have any dollar bills with you, they make you feel bad for asking a drink without tipping them at the pool bar. get your 1$-5$ bills ready before getting there.

Location and facilities are beautiful. Rooms were clean. And the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Robert And Cobos at the pool we’re amazing!

Only thing that I wish I had known was the dress codes for the dinners. A few people in our party didn’t have the appropriate shoes for the dinners and were unable to eat there.

The design and layout of this resort is stunning! I felt like I was in a movie! The rooms were really clean and had awesome high tech features. The food was good (I would stick with the mexican steakhouse and the buffet). The workers were really happy to be there. I didn't find a single unhappy worker. Pedro at the long pool dj bar is a homie and the activities crew made the trip so memorable.

The italian place was what we had the first night was terrible. It made my group uneasy to try other restaurants. We were kinda got lost on the property and didn't know the coolest parts of the place till the end of the trip. Also the shows were cool but the burlesque show should't be a thing at this high end resort.

All of the facilities are outstanding. Pool side is nice, many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms sparkling clean and nice cocktails. The Staff couldn't be kinder and more accommodating. We had such a wonderful time. I will def return.

It would be nice if the hotel could offer the guests transportation options from and to the airport, since the local fare for the taxi is quite high

Lovely hotel. Great and super friendly staff. Room was clean and had all the essentials. Japanese restaurant was definitely the best.

Aside from the Japanese restaurant the others were poor as a comparison. The snack bar during the day wasn’t great at all. Cold American fast food and no options for none meat eaters. The pool area is loud so we retreated to the beach a few days but found the sun lounges and beds dirty and neglected.

Excellent staff and lovely ambience! We can’t emphasize how amazing the staff were. The service everywhere we went was incredible. Massage and spa was definitely a highlight for us!

The sheets on the bed did not cover the mattress and there was only one sheet on top of the mattress without a mattress cover. We saw a brown smear on the mattress that was disconcerting…

This property is absolutely stunning! It is so luxurious and it has a private beach. I have never been to an all inclusive resort that has so many gourmet restaurants on the property with high quality food including Italian, Greek, and Mexican. I stayed there for five days and I never ran out of things to do! They have multiple bars including one with an amazing outdoor patio on the third floor and also a champagne bar. They have complimentary fitness classes including paddle boarding and spin. There are two HUGE pools with cabanas and a DJ. And to top it off, the staff are SO wonderful - friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I am an avid traveler and have stayed at a lot of resorts. I have to say this is the only one I would come back to time and time again. Highly recommend this place, it does not disappoint!

I literally have nothing bad to say about this resort.
