We loved almost everything. Especially the staff. Maria (from guest services) and Pedro (from Florencia restaurant) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to make our special day even more special. All other staff members were also very helpful. Also, in general, all the facilities in the hotel are really good. Room service/housekeeping always accommodated all our requests. Rooms are also beautiful and well maintained. Pool and beach amenities are also great. The reason I said almost everything at the start is because we would have loved move vegetarian/vegan options both at the buffet as well as the restaurants. Currently they are a little limited. However, those that were there were great. Also Chefs also accommodated our requests to convert certain dishes to vegetarian. Overall very happy with our stay

Every thing is amazing

The staff of the Italian restaurant wasn’t nice

Cleanliness, great nighttime entertainment shows, different courts for sports, teens club, and pools are clean compared to other all-inclusive resorts.. I enjoy their nice gym and the new catcus coffee shop. All indoor areas are very well ventilated. I love the ice-cream and crepe stand, it is a very nice touch!

It is hot in most common area and hallways, indoor rooms are good. Food is not as great as other resorts that we have been to. The number of buffet staff members is not enough; we have to wait for a long time to have someone bringing us tea or coffee. There's almost always a hugh lineup for breakfast. Their system to take customers into the buffet seems rather consuming, and it's a hugh turn-off. People who clean our rooms often forget to put enough face towels or replace water or drinks in the refrigerator.

Food wasn't great.

Good food and drinks! Not super high end but not bad either. Great room with views of the ocean. The over cleanliness of the resort was good though lot of the windows were dirty. The pool was at a great temp and very refreshing since it was hot outside most of the day. Great kids club and water park too!

Wish the concierge desk wasn’t so pushy with pressuring you to join their infinity club.

If you are a vegetarian be prepared to be hunting for veg food. There were very limited vegetarian options. Most of the salads including bread had a lot of egg or meat.Even dishes like salads had meat in those Resort needs to cater to vegetarians.

Lots of activities for kids - zip line, mini golf, organized soccer and water games at the water park. Pottery painting by the pool and organized water volleyball games. Beach was lovely, lots of places to get drinks and cabanas only $100 a day. Lots of excursions - we did snorkeling and sky fly. Generally excellent stay. Lots of places to grab coffee, snacks, crepes, ice cream etc and evening entertainment for kids really good.

Long waits if you wanted to seat somewhere other than the buffet. Kids club really only for very young children but the playroom had good options for older kids. Gym was being refurbished but the temporary one did the job. Lounge chair reserving is annoying- you won’t get one unless you’re up at 5.

I really like the hospitality of the staff. Everyone are so welcoming especially Eduardo Urbina who helps us to get the best in our accomodation. The food and amenities are all excellent.

I just don't like in one of the restaurants called Big Ben on how they positioned their glasses, utensils and steak knives on tops shelves where the guests sits. There had been an accident when we dined in and a glass fell and broke behind my 5 year old daughter while one of the servers grabbing some glasses and utensils. Thankfully, it didn't fell right through my daughter's head. But the glass shatters all over our sit. No one got hurt but it is a safety hazard I hope they can fix.

The way we were treated upon check-in was quite unpleasant. We were told little (almost nothing) about the facilities because all the focus of the staff was to convince us to accept a meeting about their Infinity Club. We finally accepted because they were cornering us for two days and the appointment lasted 3 precious hours of our holiday only to finish as an offensive and disrespectful treatment by their “top” sales person. The whole thing was a big scam and when we called their bluff they got very disrespectful! Too little shade by the beach. Not enough umbrellas
