I love how modern the property was and clean. It still maintained a Mexican flair to it. I also loved how the bellhops tried thier best to maintain a personal connection to you throughout the stay!

I did not like that as they were fixing up the slides and lazy river, in order for us to access the pool or beach we had to walk all the way to the other side of the resort to get their would’ve been nice if there was a way a path for us to get to the pool faster.

My stay here was absolutely Phenomenal! The staff was extraordinary, kind, polite, always smiling, attentive to your needs and each one delivered exceptional customer service! Oh, they understand their assignment! The US employee base could learn a few things from the staff here at the Marriott Cancun. What impressed me the most - the cleanliness of the hotel! The lobby, my room, the grounds, everywhere I looked every single aspect of this hotel was in order! I'm going to compare my stay at other places to my stay here at the Marriott properties. Honestly, I really don't want to stay anywhere else!

The drinks! They were horrible! No matter where we ordered, the drinks appeared watered down, even after we requested shots on the side~! When in Mexico, you want Tequila! I mean really, it's the countries national drink! No Bueno

My stay was great. The staff was my favorite part. Hugo(one of the bell men) was so kind and patient. The resort is nice, the beach was amazing. plenty of seating and umbrellas. The room was nice. We had a beach view, and it was worth waking up to it.

I wish they had better vegan options in the restaurants. But overall, the food was good. They could do some room renovation, just some slight touch ups regarding tile damage and rusting on counters. But it wasn’t anything too bad.

The layout is good. Location is good. Easy access to rooms, lobby, beach.

Water water water. Why not have refillable water stations by the pool or lobby? The price of water at the pool is outrageous and I did not like to have to walk to concierge constantly for water. I have stayed in many places with refillable water stations. I think this is a must. When I checked in, I was not told I had a $50.00 daily credit for consumption. I wish I had known.

The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and there are so many options to eat. The cocktails are delicious and again, so many options! The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable! We had a lovely time.

The Mexican restaurant open at night wasn't great. Food was cold and didn't and didn't feel very fresh. Luckily the other restaurants were much better!

The food and drink exceeded expectations, the service and people were amazing, the beach and facilities were wonderful.

The beds were pretty small - hard for our two teens boys to share.

Hugo bellman, Enrique , Juan et al servers who remembered that I liked my breakfast cappuccino to go, Concierge who looked up the cooking classes for me, Aldi, tall female concierge who got me taxi reservations. Andi the breakfast Maitre'D. Warm water pool day or night. Bellman who had the free drink coupon for the Crab House restaurant across the street. Lobby bar free margarita coupons. Nice touch - envelope in room to leave a housekeeping tip. Easy access to Red bus to go to Chedraui Selecto supermarket. Free Covid testing at the JW Marriott next door just made stay more relaxing

Original room 3060 was above lobby & noisy with music, The desk clerk who told me that I was not Titanium when that level was in my profile. I got a much better room with the next desk clerk who got me an ocean view room which was much better. This hotel is under construction so the drilling noise is right by the pool area and drilling can be heard at 9am for a couple of hours. Taxi from AIRPORT was $35. on the return it was $19. Did not know that you had to reserve a cab which was not on the booking.com reservation site.

The location, the hotel ambiance, the cleanliness, housekeeping staff, lobby bar bartenders, pool attendants and the view from our room.

The concierge staff, needs training, compared to other hotels around the world we have stayed, they are ill prepared for the task of assisting customers. All the restaurant we ate with the exception of Gustino were good. The experience at Gustino was a disaster, the pasta was overcooked and the service was mediocre, even the chef and floor manager came to our table to hear our dissatisfaction with the food.

Could renovate the room or change the bed, everything else was great.
