That we only stayed for 1 night wish we could have stayed at least for 3 days

Really good, the staff is really friendly and the hotel is perfect for a longer stay. The staff helped us with everything and me and my frinds had a really good time there. Its the perfect destination to discover Tulum from. The taxi ride from the city centrum of Tulum to the hotel is also not expensive (250 Pesos).

If you are looking for quiet,this is the place. Large room, clean, quiet, swimming pool "at hand". You can listed the birds singing. Few meters from Gran cenote, or to the mall.

You have to drive a bit carefully last 200m on the tar road.

The best thing about Scarlette is the staff. They are the friendliest and they make you feel at home in 2 minutes. The pool area is super cozy, with the lights, music and bar, and a water cooler!!! :D. The rooms are big and comfortable with a terrace! Amazing value for the price!

The complementary breakfast is more like coffee, cereal and bread... so not really breakfast, but you can order from their menu for a reasonable price and the food is great. The rooms are close to the pool area so you can hear the music, it didn't bother us at all, but I mention it in case someone is looking for absolute quiet.

Beautiful small hotel. Located far away from the noise of Tulum, but still convenient. Wonderful, friendly staff and with a nice restaurant and bar. Extremely clean with a delightful pool. Pet friendly. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Normally nice accommodation in a quiet location outside the city. About 15 minutes by car to the nearest beach. Pool pleasant. Hassle-free parking.

Very, too simple breakfast. We had 2 rooms and we found spiders in both. It's quite a problem if you have children who are afraid of spiders :-) Otherwise accommodation nice clean.

We love the ambience, peace and mexican culture feels. also Ms Marlen is very nice and caring. The room was clean and if you are in a budget this is the place. affordable, yet clean and good ambience and safe! and it is also near to gran cenote, tulum bars and restaurants which has access to the tulum beach.

Just the road going to the hotel it needs road maintenance. that’s it!

The room is super spacious, new and very comfortable. It is clean and nice. The staff is absolutely wonderful, professional, and goes beyond to make you feel at home - probably the main highlight of this hotel! Just a nice example that is worth sharing: I needed to do my laundry, and for the first time in my life, a hotel actually just charged a fair amount and delivered the next day: fast and cheap. Highly recommended!

You need a car to move around. Breakfast could improve.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the remote location outside of Tulum. It was perfect for morning walks looking for birds and other wildlife. The pool was wonderful to have.

This wasn't so much a dislike, as an oddity. Our room had a kitchenette and dining area, but the kitchen wasn't equipped with anything. No cutlery, no cups, bowls, plates, glasses, nothing. It was nice to have a refrigerator, but why have a large kitchen area if there is nothing you can do with it?
