The amazing breakfast and dinner and very kind waiters. The pool and garden were much appreciated.

Although the bathroom was huge, it is not convenient. There should be more space to store things ( toothbrush, soap... Directly by the wash bassin). More hooks to dry towels would be appreciated too. The air conditionning was much too loud. Impossible to skeep while having it on. The key system to the room is also very unstable. Very difficult to enter the room ( and it seems several other guests were having the same issue)

This is a lovely hotel very convenient for visiting Chichén Itza. Exceptionally clean. Huge room with a coffee machine with a free coffee bag each day which was a nice touch. Lovely pool for cooling off. Beautiful gardens. Very good breakfast - fruit and juice, lots of bread and cookies plus a choice of cooked. Plenty of coffee. They made a fuss off my wife on her birthday with a birthday cake at breakfast, all of the waiters getting involved singing to her. We also ate at the restaurant. Good food and wine.

Great location very close to bus stop and about one mile walk to the ruins. Also close to the newly opened Chichén-Itza Museum. Hotel has a restaurant which was convenient. Nice pool. Breakfast was excellent. It was served outside with various choices to include fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. Eggs were made to order. Service was great. Room was thoroughly cleaned daily and our room maid did an outstanding job. We were pleased with our room.

There was a great and early breakfast at 7:00, so we were on time to visit Chichen Itza early. It takes 20-30 minutes walking to reach Chichen Itza. They've let us check out a bit later than required. Hot water was working properly, and it was very quiet at night.

The hotel is really old, especially in terms of electric sockets and WiFi, there was no WiFi signal in our room. The restaurant at the hotel is a bit pricy, so we were having dinner at a local tacos streetfood

Good and kind staff. Excellent breakfast and also good menu for dinner. Tidy room.

Maybe I'm just imagining it, but one night I didn't sleep well, it was as if evil spirits were in my room. The room had a strange energy. But maybe I was just too sensitive to that. The internet in the room and in the whole area of the hotel was weak in terms of upload speed. My rental car was messed up by the birds every night. :) Apart from that, everything was fine.

The hotel is in short distance from the Archaeological site of Chichen Itza. They offer a good breakfast: pancakes, eggs, fruits etc. The pool is nice and well maintained. At reception we were able to secure us an English speaking guide for next morning for a fair price.

The internet connection in the rooms was poor.

Pretty, spacious, classical hacienda-style hotel. Lovely garden/pool area. A lot of space in the bathroom. Nice breakfast. Good parking area. Super well located to get early to Chichen Itza.

Some noise from a restaurant in the neighbourhood during the night. Staff were quite uninspired. The price feels a bit high for what you get. Bar prices quite expensive. Lack of places to hang e.g. towels and wet swimwear to dry.

Very good location for people willing to visit Chichen Itza. But also located in the center of the village/town so you can walk outside to get a feeling of local atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and easy-going. Rooms we got were located on the ground floor with access from inner patio. Which was good as we did not hear any sounds of traffic outside. Very nice mexican breakfast in the morning.

The room was large, the bed comfortable, nicely furnished in colonial style . There’s a garden and a pool . The bathroom is also very large and natural soaps are provided. Location is good, only 10 minutes drive from Chichen Itza. The hotel is quiet at night. Everything very clean. Breakfast was excellent and abundant, we had coffee, a large portion of fresh tropical fruit, fresh juice, a basket of bread and eggs. Breakfast was included . Dinner was also delicious, the hotel serves fresh homemade Mexican food from the region and everything on our plate was truly delicious. Beware they have 2 menus, one with international food with pizza and burgers, one with Mayan food . Ask for the Mayan or Mexican menu. Overall the hotel is really good.

There’s no internet in the rooms, only in the lobby which is outdoors and not suitable for conference calls if you’re working while you travel. It’s also pretty slow. The water in the shower was barely warm when we arrived in the evening. It was hot the next morning . There’s no sufficient lightings in the room, it was very dark. I’m the pictures it looks like the rooms have lots of natural light but in reality they were very dark. The rooms were also much smaller than what appears in the pictures but very comfortable . The safe in the room is very small so you can’t store your laptop and they don’t keep your valuables at reception.

We only spent one night so that we could be at Chichen Itza first thing in the morning, it was ideal for this and a good basic hotel for the cost. Comforts or bed and ver6 clean.

We were told breakfast was at 7am but was not set up when we arrived .
