Big room, comfy bed, establishment feels new or recently renovated, located in a nice part of Valladolid directly on a big square with lots to do around. Lively neighborhood but not too noisy. Wifi reception was good. Breakfast was rather simple but tasty and well prepared. Hotel doesn't have parking space but free street parking was always available nearby.

Nothing too serious. If you are tall, taking a shower could be a challenge, shower head sits too low on the wall. Some sunbeds by the pool were missing their mattresses and the ones that had, they were of low quality. Wooden floor by the pool has deteriorated and you need to watch your step.

A 10 minute walk from the main plaza, the location was away from the hubbub but still an easy walk and close to coffee shops and restaurants. Just steps from the evening sound and light show at the convent. Service was friendly and prompt and breakfast abundant. The hotel provides drinking water if you have your refillable bottle. Lovely place! If you are there on the weekend, the Calzada Los Frailes street is pedestrian only after 5pm. Don't miss great food and craft beer at Idilio Folklore Cervecero nearby.

If you are planning an early day, be aware that breakfast service starts at 7:30 and is not especially quick, although they would likely try to accommodate you if they know.

Very nice walking area, old town vibe with touristic street full of restaurants and little shops. Breakfast was superb, 5 different plate choices all yummy. The staff super nice. The family bedroom we stayed was really big, very tastefully design and new. Right next to reception, it's a small hotel. It was 10-15min walk to valladolid main plaza (park) Plenty of space to park your car in the street. safe to walk

Weekend night in the bar right outside the hotel there was music, If you wanted to be quiet, just know, at least up to 12 midnight you can hear it. But it didn't bothered that particular stay.

Los Frailes Concept Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel located in a beautiful area of Valladolid. Our room was very comfortable and overlooked the pool. The staff were very accommodating and kind. Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. Highly recommend.

While this is a minor point, we did not care for the classic 80’s pop music that played in the background by the pool most of the day and into the night. Perhaps this is a cultural preference but we would have preferred a more serene ambiance.

Convenient room, large and comfortabel bed, decent bathroom (not too special), minibar and great AC. Great location with parking options nearby and walking distance from the city center. Pool beds are comfortable and perfect to relax. Very nice style/atmosphere.

The breakfast is okay but took quite long (they cook everything fresh). It was tasty and many options. The bar is a bit weird, I’d recommend to offer beers/drinks here (place a board or something) so people can order something when they are chilling at the pool.

Located perfectly for a walk through old town, this place has perfect and big rooms, a small swimming pool and ok breakfast. Luckily there is a cute little cafe on the square, because there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. They are working on it. We really enjoyed our stay here and they were super accomodating granting us early access to our room. They do have a small coffee place btw.

Not possible to get a cold beer upon arrival, as the restaurant is not finished. Breakfast served at poolside was ok. They cook it at an improvised kitchen it seems

We loved this hotel, we had two rooms for a family of four and they exceeded our expectations. Staff were great, location was excellent, rooms were very clean. We would have no problems going back and staying at this hotel. No parking on site but we easily parked across the road. A short walk into the main part of town and the restaurant area. Breakfast each morning in the courtyard was a nice way to start the day. The hammocks on the balconies were very comfortable.

In a fantastic position in Valladoilid on one of the nicest roads and close to an open area infront of the old convent. A few good bars and restaurants on the same road and a five minute walk into the central square. Very friendly staff who were wanting feedback to improve things for customers. Large room and seating area. Nice pool and outdoor seating. Good breakfast. My only negative comment would be that the hotel is very style focused with lots of clean lines which impacts on some areas of practicality eg no hooks or rails to hang wet towels on. I would definetely stay again.

All staff in the hotel were exceptional in helping me throughout every part of our stay, from check in, the daily breakfasts and check out. In particular, David and Yuli went above and beyond to help us multiple times throughout the trip and we thank them for making our trip to Valladolid to fun. The room / bathroom was spotless with daily cleaning. and the location of the hotel is perfect, immediately in front of a nice square where we hang out a few times and then a short 10 min walk from the ADO station and the main square.

Highlight of our trip was staying here! All staff were friendly and very informative; the included breakfast was varied, delicious, filling, and tailored to our requests; spacious room was spotless and beds, shower, and patio hammock/chairs were perfect. Having the room divided by a glass sliding door was ideal for traveling with a child, giving a little separation. IDEAL location within Valladolid -- so glad we were in this quieter section of town away from traffic, but with all the fun free evening events which include an almost nightly 20-minute history/culture light show projection on the massive church next door (9 PM Spanish, 9:30 PM English). The little plazas with small fountain and playground outside the hotel had live music for dancing, a Christmas flower show, and an art show the nights we were there. We enjoyed sitting in the park each evening and getting local snacks. Valladolid was a great location for day trips. Looking forward to another stay here!
