The garden/pool area is truly beautiful and there are relatively few rooms such that the hotel creates an oasis feeling. The rooms are minimalistic, which I enjoy from a design perspective, however, at times it was hard to place your stuff. The AC and the are good and the WiFi is also stable. Initially, our room was very clean (see negative points). All in all, the hotel is worth its money.

The room (cleaning) service did not come once in three days, therefore, we has to wait to find somebody in order to get toilet paper and towels. We have been away the entire day, so they definitely had the time. Moreover, the last two days we did not have any hot water. Even though Mexico is warm, you will miss it after jumping into fresh centoe water for a day. However, consistent supply of warm water seems to be nonstandard in other places, too. Finally, you should know that the hotel is a bit remote. You want to rent a scooter or come by car if you stay more than a night.

-Hotel Staff had no charisma and not even a welcome -Power cut meant that we had to swap rooms for the second night -Hotel cleaning doesn't arrive unless you ask so didn't have fresh towels on second day -Terrible location, 10 minute walk from nearest restaurants and town however the area is quite dodgy and has very little lighting

Such a calm place with a pretty, green garden! There are less than 10 rooms in the whole hotel so the approach is very personal. The staff was super kind and helpful, responded quickly to our messages and was available at the reception whenever we needed. The car park is a big plus, it's also just 10min walk to the centre or 3-5min by bike (available to rent at the reception). It's very quiet at night and beds are comfortable, so we slept well. The interior and garden made mostly of natural materials, which I liked a lot.

The bikes offered at the hotel need a proper check; the rest was perfect

Spacious room, nice and clean. The hotel offers just a few rooms located just outside of the city centre (approx. 15min walk). The pool was clean and pool towels are provided on request. Private parking in front. Can't complain overall with good value for money.

Breakfast is not provided and breakfast restaurants are not really close by. For early trips to the surrounding areas, prepare some snacks.

Beautiful hotel with a pool. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was furnished minimalistically but we had everything we needed. Shower had very good water pressure. The three kittens were the best. 🐱

The walls could use a picture or two. Other than that it was perfect. Thank you!

I loved the yard. Personal was excellent. I didn’t feel well upon arrival and they let me in the room a little bit before the check in. I appreciated this a lot. They help me with taxi next day to the terminal. In general it was very pleasant stay.

Spatious room and common area with a swimming pool

Upon my arrival (around 4 pm), no one from the staff member was at the réception. I had to wait for around 20 min to finally check in. Water pressure from the showers were rather weak. Towels provided were old.

This hotel is a beautiful quiet hideaway with a gorgeous garden und spacious modern rooms. The location is close to the center and offers free parking. The pool and garden area are great to hang out after a day of exploring. We enjoyed the size of the rooms and especially the bathrooms were very spacious. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend the hotel!

The rooms didn't have a fridge, but the hotel offered a fridge at the reception which was accessible from 8am to 10pm. There was no cleaning of the room during our stay - wasn't a major issue for us tho.

It was clean quite and really felt like we are away from city. Receptionist was also tried to help us all the time with hands on attitude 👍

Right above the bed they put some rocks which i couldnt sit in my read book or something. It dodnt make sense at all. It felt really humid compared to outside. We couldnt air the room...

The hotel was very beautiful and quiet, we enjoyed the garden a lot. Location is also good, about 13 mins walk to the main city square.

The only thing the property was missing in pir view is a fridge in the rooms. It gets very hot and it would be nice to bave somewhere to keep our water cold.
