Clean room, new building, close to the center.

The windows faced the hallway, so there wasn’t a lot of natural light, and I could hear people walking by. Avoid staying on the first floor.

Bed was comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Good value and location in a safe area and walking distance to the center. There was a free parking in the hotel nearby.

The room didn't have a natural light, only the window to the internal patio. There was a bit weird smell in the room. The breakfast was tasty, however it was served very slow, we had to wait quite a lot. The problem was there was only 1 guy who was a waiter and a cook at the same time (wierd thing that at the same time the reception lady was just standing there doing nothing).

some awkwardness with staff - 1. was not greeted by the staff person standing behind the desk - maybe she was young and new and didn't know how to act?, 2. the housekeeper telling me she wanted tips and a weird experience ... I found the master key in my room even after I told the housekeeper I didn't want my room cleaned and it was not even cleaned when I found the master key..., 3. having to pay 90 pesos in cash after I originally paid in credit card because they miscalculated the first time.

A/C was super cold and the king size bed was perfect. Cleaning staff and front desk attendant was super friendly. The last day we were there a male came to us without us asking for help and took our order and was super friendly. Breakfast was really good compared to other places we've been to.

A couple of times we went for breakfast which was included but we had to wait for someone to come out even though she saw us out there, so when I asked if she was taking orders she seemed bothered that we asked.

Great location and comfortable rooms with strong WiFi and AC. The staff were very nice and the property was pristinely cleaned. The coffee every morning was a great touch.

Not a lot of natural sunlight and the windows only open to the courtyard so if you open your blinds and the window, everyone can see into your room, hear your conversations, etc

It was by far the cleanest hotel we visited in our travels. And the staff was very nice. The location is also quite central and the rooms are quiet. No noise from the outside and perfectly dark. Great go get Good sleep.

You have to let the shower run a bit long to get warm water but we appreciate that we had warm water and that it lasted long enough.

A hotel in the heart of Merida. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, and great location to explore the city center of Merida. Has also a roof top chill area where you can bring your own drinks and a snack and enjoy early evening. Look forward staying there again.

Windows were open before the stay so there were alot of mosquitoes in the room.

The hotel was within walking distance from the downtown area. It was close to a food market and some convenience stores. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

Didn’t have a working elevator.

No AC in the common areas and Mérida is a very hot city, my hotel room was sooo hot and it took like a whole 24 hours to be cool enough, a good idea will be to turn on the AC on the room at least 12 hours before they expecting guest
