- Awesome location. - Big, bright room with big bed. - Good A/C, great shower, and TV with English channels available. - Free drinking water provided (although it was left empty for some of our stay).
- The pool was out of order during our stay. It turned out that guests were allowed to use the pool in another nearby hotel during this time, but we were not told this until we were checking out.

the staff was very friendly.
the only thing I did not like was the door on room 7 did not close well. even though I locked the door , it would sometimes still open . I always had to double check to make sure the door did not open. I would suggest changing the door handle.

Great place to stay, good wifi, a/c, good water pressue while showering, clean rooms, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only a few blocks from the plaza, bars and restaurants. They have a lift as well. This was the second time we have stayed here due to the staff and price for Merida. Would recommend this place to others and would book again for myself.

Very good location, close to nice restaurants and breakfast places. Good shower with hot water. Our room had two double beds that we highly appreciated. Decor is not the newest but the venue is kept clean and tidy. While we were there they were busy with repairs and painting which is a good sign.
The air conditioning is very loud but there was a fan in the room that was good enough.

Centrally located in Centro Historico. Walking distance to everywhere. Room is huge. Good value for money as it’s just a one night layover to catch my flight from Merida.
Needs just a tad of upgrading. Water pressure could have been stronger.
