Great location, in the historic center, yet quiet. I had a room overlooking the nice pool and courtyard. Comfortable, clean double bed. Very friendly staff. Opposite Santa Lucia park, which is a lovely venue especially in the evening.

After nine pm people are not allowed to be in the pool anymore, but that was ignored by a family who decided to stay and play until 10 pm and then let their kids run around loudly until past 11 pm. There is a young staff at hand, perhaps the situation might have been intimidating? I also realize that this is Mexico, where noise and life go hand in hand.

It's in an Incredibly good place in the city..A hub of activity and the hotel is good as an example of earlier single homes. It's pleasant, the pool is a blast from the past. It's good.

There was a mixup in the reservation and the staff thought I had reserved two rooms. I wrote them a note just to make sure that they understood that I was only needing one room because it was only going to be me. And they reply that everything was good and they would look forward to seeing me on Monday. It was easy to work with them.but evidently that mixup wasn't fully settled so I got a brisk annoyed l note that I didn't deserve. But, I think it's all resolved. I would go again. No

Very centrally located with easy journey from the airport and to the main square during the day and evenings. Opposite a lovely park which had a free live event every week. The overall vibe was really nice - great building with a lovely courtyard and pool. Staff were very friendly, funny, and attentive. They were also very helpful with all sorts of things like booking early morning taxis etc.

AC wasn’t as effective as it could have been, but that didn’t impact our overall stay :)

Good location, very clean, quiet. Staff gave us wrong remotes for audio/video, no big deal, we did not go there to watch tv. Next day when we got correct remote control, the cable service went out during watching news.

Nothing, for the price, we feel that suited out needs. we would have liked to have available an extra towel for drying hands. We were only given two small bath towels. Staff said that the two towels was all that was available.

quiet and location

pool needed cleaning more often. it was shut down one morning. clean it more often pls.

Great beds, good showering facilities, excellent maid service, lovely pool, helpful staff, amazing location.

A pink picturesque wonderful stay. The location is great! it is 5 minute walking distance to the cathedral. restaurants are just at the doorstep. also tourist clothing shops are around the corner. a small corner store provides you with water as well as the hotel desk can. All staff was friendly and smiley. The AC worked splendidly! The beds were comfortable with fat pillows and an extra heavy blanket if needed. the room was spacious. we felt it was super clean. I could walk with my bare feet on the tiles, which I usually don’t. The bathroom was small but did the job including warm water.

the water pressure wasn’t that strong but worked fine. there weren’t enough power sockets but we managed. some might find the window to the hallway strange but since it wasn’t noisy at night or day, I didn’t matter.

Great Location, Great aircon, shower with hot water. pool area was also very tranquil. The wifi was awesome. Best wifi we experienced in Merida.

Only critiques are it would have been nice to have a bath mat or something to put on the floor after showering. also the only plugs in our room were not near the bed which was slightly inconvenient. Would stay here again. was worth it and the pictures were accurate.

Value for money was excellent. Location couldn't be better. Very clean. Staff were friendly. Good wifi. Good AC. Based on other reviews we were a bit hesitant but for the price we were really happy. The hot water was intermittent, but we have found this is consistent with other hotels around this price point in Mexico so didn't put us off wanting to stay again.

One minor complaint, the socket near our bed didn't work, but we did have an alternative.

The location is really great, right next to a lot of nice restaurants with Chaya Maya next door. Staff was friendly, the patios are charming and the room was cool and comfortable. The fan didn't work when we arrived, but that was fixed the same afternoon.

The water in the pool is super cold, because it's always in the shadow. While it's warm in Mérida, it's still too cold to stay in the pool more than a few minutes. There was a smell in the room, not really sure what it was. Would be nice with a fridge and a coffee maker for the price.
