We had the property to ourselves for the most part since we were here during the off season. The other travelers were very quiet. The property hosted a dinner party one of the evenings and it was nice to hear laughter and people having a good time. The pool is chilled and very relaxing. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! We recommend including the breakfast which is lovely and has lots of fresh fruit. It’s just a wonderful place to recharge and relax!

Small luxurious boutique hotel with nice, clean facilities. High ceilings in rooms, bathrooms were nice and modern/boho chic, and the onsite barn and restaurant made great food and drinks. Breakfast was included and delicious. Central to everything in town, short (8 min walk) to the main plaza. Staff and service was great, when I left some valuables behind they called and contacted me and I was able to have a friend in town pick it up.

Beautiful space, renovation was lovely and the space felt very intimate and sweet. The staff was supportive and extremely sweet and helpful. My wife and I would happily stay there again when we return to Merida. The breakfast which was included with the rate was delicious and abundant, and the cooks were very nice people.

Everything about this hotel was five star. Alissia, the hotel manager, was fantastic and could not do enough for us. The hotel rooms were beautiful as were all the communal areas of the hotel and could not be faulted. The hotel really is an oasis from the busy hustle of Merida, the bar and great restaurant offer great cocktails and breakfast was fab.

Very helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good location - a little bit away from the center to have some quiet, but close enough to be able to do everything by foot.

The AC blows directly on the bed. It can be a bother if you don't like that.

Very nice and pretty boutique hotel, the facilities are great, there is a restaurant that serves breakfast, a nice pool and everything is clean and in good condition. The service was amazing, the staff very attentive. The room is very comfortable. Walking distance to the main center attractions.

Excellent service, attention to detail was great, food was wonderful, good wifi and the place was very peaceful. Beds and linens were of such high quality which many five-star hotels do not afford. The decor is beautiful. The staff was so attentive to details and provided great service. Breakfast was perfect. Staying here was the best decision due to it being super quiet, great for zoom calls, and slow evenings. I will return and recommend to my clients and business partners. Woke up many nights to watch the stars by the pool. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

the hotel is really nice design wise, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, staff was nice and attentive and the breakfast was delicious (try the huevos motuleños) you are very close to the city center

Everything was amazing!!! We hope to go back soon! People are so kind, they made us a lunch box to go to the airport early in the morning! The best! The massage was super relaxing! The rooms are beautiful and the bedding is so soft and comfy! Amazing pillows as well!

the property was really great. nicely done.

the bathroom wasn’t very private. it had a glass work that shut noisily and wood louvers about it so you could hear every sound. it was very quite, like maybe only one other room booked.
