Am so happy to say that really i give my respect to this hotel. Location, atmosphere and customer service has a quality service. I do recommend 100% this hotel. Its next side to the ado station, a few minutes walk from central park, 10 minutes walk from cenote zaci and the convento where the sign is. The only thing i regret is not spending more days there. Ohh they have water cooler where the guests can refill thier bottles for free. The housekeepers do an extra ordinary job. Every day house keeping. They were so humble. You can easly access taxis from there

Great location, being across the road from the ADO bus station and in the centre of town. Free drinking water was great for saving on plastic bottles. I had an internal room which meant no street noise.

The Wifi/Internet had a problem where it would stop working randomly every 10 minutes or so... I think there was a conflict between the many Wifi networks they had running. Very minor but during the day it was quite noisy as my room had a window facing the corridor where cleaning staff would take their break from work.

Staff were really nice, room was very big, very clean, amazing shower and I was expecting noise from reading reviews but we found it lovely and quite in room 15. Definitely no noise from bus terminal. It’s located right beside everything, the collectivo station is just around the corner to go to Chichen Itza and taxi’s are located just outside the door for local cenotes. Very good wifi, it only dropped the very odd time, TV has Netflix and channels in English. The room has good AC and fan. Breakfast locations just located a block away, I would definitely recommend Coco Latte or Canto Encanto.

A step away from the bus terminal and under 5 minutes of everything you want to see. Staff are friendly and helpful; they know where to find the best mini buses to Chichen Itza and direct you to best ways to arrive to cenotes. Clean, comfortable rooms with AC and good water pressure, a good value for budget-traveling. They offer some small things, beverages and coffee for a small price too. There is a coffee shop next to it and delicious foods from street-carts too. I planned for 2 days but stayed longer in this magical town.

Literally right in front of the ADO bus station. After a long journey on the bus from Cancun, it was so nice to just cross the street to the hotel. Pretty basic but such a cute colonial style hotel. The price is great and the girl at the front desk was so sweet.

Nothing was bad

Nice and helpful staff. The hotel is across the bus station. Nice big room with a window to the bus station. Big comfortable bed, clean bathroom with hot water. Wifi sometimes worked well, sometimes not - you should try to connect to the second wifi. Everything was clean.

Not so many people in the hotel, so not sure if you can hear any noise from them, but you can definitely hear a noise from the bus station (but it´s obvious if you choose a hotel on the main street. The AC was loud on the maximum level, but we reduced it and it was okay. The drain in bath should be cleaned properly, there was hair.

Great location, besides the ADO Terminal and one block to the vans (colectivos) stop. Close to all facilities and Main Square (5 minutes walking). Very clean and kind staff.

Everything is great, but I'd like to suggest a frigo in the room (Valladolid is a warm city and have fresh beverages available is desirable)

This is a great option directly across the street from the bus station. It is the cleanest hotel that I've stayed at. The floors sparkle! It is close to everything in central Valladolid and is surrounded by great restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

There is nothing that I didn't like except for the bright green paint color of the room 😂

good location - close to the Zocalo and right next to the ADO bus station room spacious and clean staff very friendly and helpful

quite a high air moisture in the room, but I assume it is quite difficult to keep the humidity outside the rooms at this time of the year

Great location, comfy beds, good shower. You get what you pay for, really good value for travellers.

Can be a bit noisy on the corridors from other travellers. Can't really blame the hotel for that though. A German/Dutch girl thought it was okay to march up and down the corridor on the phone at 6am.
