Stayed at Atrani to avoid returning to the overhyped, overpriced riads in Marrakesh’s congested old town. Atrani studio apartment was reasonably modern, clean and spacious. OK value for money although the bed mattress was hard uneven and uncomfortable.

Atrani is situated next to a building site in the modern part of Marrakesh. However. Atrani’s location is a short walk from the modern main train station area, restaurants with clean food, and the Grand Plaza Hotel (I had already stayed at the Plaza to help recover from severe food poisoning suffered during initial old town riad stay, the Plaza room rate was lower than my old town riad rate).

The staff was very helpful, they book a taxi for us to take us to the airport. Important: ask for the booking to be done at reception, not through the Booking message cause it causes a lot of confusion with a taxi wanting to charge more. They also help us print the boarding passes since Ryanair and all other airlines seem to not have scanner (or something like that) and charge you extra if you go with the check in just online. The room was very very clean, with everything you needed. We loved it. Location is very good if you are staying close the airport, but not close to the Medina.

I chose the place for its location - round the corner from the train station and directly opposite Supratours bus station. It was excellent tor that. The room was quiet and comfortable. The wifi worked, and I found a few English-speaking TV channels. Hassan at reception was friendly and helpful.

I really disliked the movement-activated lights. I arrived late at night, and the long corridor entrance into the hotel felt very seedy as it was so badly the lit and the lights only came on at times then went off very quickly. The same is true if the lights inside the hotel corridors. They go out WAY too quickly so you're regularly plunged into darkness. As a single female traveller, I didn't feel safe on arrival and nearly left immediately. It would only use a minuscule amount of electricity to keep each light on a fw seconds longer. That would transform the place from feeling like a seedy joint where you're likely to be attacked into an attractive hotel. The rest of the hotel is very nicely furnished.

I had a wonderful stay at this apart-hotel in Marrakesh. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe, which was incredibly important to me. The staff were amazing, especially the daytime receptionist, who was always so helpful with recommendations for places to visit and eat. The rooms were spotless, and the cleaners were so kind and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakesh!

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaners came everyday and made sure it was completely clean. The location was great, very close to jemaa al fina and the Menara Mall. The staff were all friendly and kind. The pool was great for the kids too. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to others looking to stay in Marrakesh.

Would have loved if the pool was open after 7pm, but other than that no complaints

Location was great within Marrakech: 5 min walk from train station, 15 min drive from airport, and about 15 min drive from Jal Efna Square. The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. The free underground parking was a bonus and we felt safe leaving our car there. The room itself was super clean and nicely presented.

Our view from the first floor had the power station and other apartment complexes. There was a general hum but the electronic shutters could block out the noise and light well so we still had a good night's sleep. If we had been staying longer I would have requested another room.

The rooms are very nice, modern and very clean and the staff is very polite. The breakfast is amazing.

The area is not very safe, unfortunately they robbed me while walking in the pavement at Mohamed Blvd few hundred meters from the hotel, a motorbike with 2 persons climb over the pavement, hit me and took my mobile phone. The police is absent, no help at all. We called the police from the hotel and waiting for 2,5 hours but no one came. The criminality unfortunately destroys people's touristic business. You have to be extremely careful in Marrakesh.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived at 11pm and was missing a bed from the room (2+2). We thought it was going to be difficult but it was resolved in minutes. Good breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms.

No view from the balcony and lots of building work in surrounding area. This wasn’t a problem but I had to write something here.

The hotel is super clean and stylish, our room was really spacious with a very comfortable bed. It’s also very quiet for such a central location. The staff were lovely, big shout out to Hassan! And a very copious breakfast including the best pastries ever! We will definitely stay again. The location was ideal for us as we were travelling from the main station quite early in the morning.

The location was ideal for us as we had just returned from a trip in the Atlas Mountains and were catching a train to Fez the next day - the train station is about 5 minutes away. Also about 15 minutes walk was downtown modern Marrakesh with very good restaurants and bars to explore. The check in was excellant with the receptionist giving me 2 room keys and telling me to pick the room we preferred. Both rooms were very nice and modern so it was a hard choice. The room was very big, clean and an extremely comfortable bed that I didn't want to get out of in the morning. There was plenty of hot water for showers and shampoo for washing. The wifi in the room worked well and we were very happy with everything. It was nice to have the space and sit back on the couch with my feet up !

It would be hard to pick a fault with this hotel.
