lovely hotel. staff very friendly especially Salim and it was very clean.

The two restaurants in the hotel grounds were awful, no choice of foods and a lot of the food was taken from the main restaurant, we didn’t enjoy either of them.

aqua park, spa and food was amazing

the first 2 night we were put in room on 2nd floor above their nightclub “jetset” and my wife was not able to sleep from 2:00 to 6:00 with the partying from the niteclub. After that we were moved to a quiet room and all of us slept great!!

The service from the moment we entered the hotel was great, they were very helpful and pointed out the local attractions and how to get there. During the stay the room was clean and room service was also excellent. This was my second time staying at this hotel.

Last time I stayed I used the indoor pool and thought could do the same as it was listed in the facilities but when I got there they stated it was only for spa users or if I pay I can use it.

I had such a wonderful experience at Labranda Hotel and I'd love to visit again. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay, from the waiters in the dining area, to the manager at the desk- great service. There's a choice of 2 pools to swim in- both nice and clean and good sizes. The slides in Aqua Park are so cool and fun. The location is really good. We walked to Jema El-Fna square a couple of times (Old City), but it does take a good 30mins - so we ended up getting a taxi there and back most times. Menara Mall is just down the road- a 10 min walk- lovely lively area with shops and restaurants. There's also a restaurant right opposite the hotel which was handy as we arrived at the hotel at 1am at night, and it was open for us to eat in. If you're into shisha, theres a nice place just a 5min walk from the hotel called Seven Marrakech :). We went all-inclusive, and the food and drinks were lovely. Plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians. The bar is always open for you to get drinks at (try the moroccan tea, its really tasty!), and the area is so chilled- nice music playing, hot weather, nice view of the pool/palm trees- good vibes! At night time they'd be entertainment too which was fun- live music and dancing - you don't even need to go out of the hotel for fun!

The location was prefect, the pool, hotel itself and the bed was very comfortable. You have the space for you.

Food might be better. It would be good to write what is what in the breakfast. Serving of the food might be better organized and cleaner. It would be also nice to have welcome water in the freeze. Towels for the pool might be cleaner and wider.

Nice hotel. A bit pricey but enjoyed the stay with family. Quality and variety of food was very good. Balcony room was nice. Would stay again if possible.

Ac not working. Smell of sewage in corridors. In hotel and generally in Marrakech, english is spoken less than French. Cleanliness in room could've been better. Sliding doors on toilet do not provide full privacy and are noisy.

We were 4 and took the All inclusive package. Water park and the pool areas were really good, Rooms were comfortable and spacious, we got One with a balcony as well on 6th floor which was amazing. The courtyard in the Center of the hotel was very nice. Hotel is not very far (10 min) to the old Marrakesh Jama el Fana by Taxi. I have no doubt in rating the hotel as 4-star.

Water was cold in Kids Play pool in Early Oct. Sports activities were for a Limited time during the day and it was not possible to borrow sports equipment once the activity is finished (except table tennis). Indoor pool was closed. Weekends was buffet food and weekdays was À la carte however Staff sometimes was messing up with the order for 4 people and sometimes the food took 30 min to arrive at the time when hotel was not fully crowded. Mainly soft drinks were provided (non-alchoholic option). Pool towels 100 MAD/towel as returnable deposit.

Friendly and service minded staff from reception/ portier to cleaners, waiters, pool/life guards. Othman in the restaurant was a star - he reserved table for us each evening and ensured we always had water, wine etc. We had all inclusive and can only recommend. The buffet has a good and healthy variation made from good quality products. New dishes every day. Cake/dessert buffet is lovely and difficult to resist. The reception were fast to offer another family room for our daughter and her family when they complained. Various entertainment each evening until mid night. However, if you want to sleep early you should choose a room with city view as the music is a bit loud. Taxis are available outsider the hotel. 50 dh to the city center. A lot of rooms were renovated/painted during our stay, we could see. So new guests will benefit from this. It was needed.

It is really small things but it makes a difference and must be easy to fix/improve: Bathroom (sliding) door couldt close properly. Apparently, it is an issue in many of the rooms. (talked to other guests - apart from the 3 rooms we had booked) The coffee - Morocco is the country of coffee. But the hotel offers a poor machine quallity. The juice - most hotels in Morocco offers fresh orange juice. Serving that would crown it all in-sted of the diluted version. The rooms are a bit worn, But as described a renovation was ongoing.

Everything was great but the staff my wife was fasting and the hotel were giving out meals for Suhur Being the last meal eaten by Muslims before fasting from dawn to sunset during the month of Ramadan, suhur is regarded by Islamic traditions as a benefit of the blessings in that it allows the person fasting to avoid the crankiness or the weakness caused by the fast. But this never happened, And they said they rang the room and knocked the door but this was a lie as we were awake.In the morning we went to reception to complain but they were not interested just said they had tried the door and phone no answer.
