Ikram was amazing, such a friendly welcome and she had arranged for our room to be ready before 9am as she knew we were coming from an overnight transport, which was an excellent service. We cannot thank her enough!! Room was comfortable and the whole hotel was really clean. Breakfast had good choice. Room service staff were all lovely and the food was great.

There was a man (bald, small moustache, neck tattoo) who seemed to be senior management wandering around in an unironed shirt having a go at staff, on one occasion shouting at them over a silly poster in reception telling them it was not being looked after properly and had only been there for 2 days. The poster was pointless and his attitude was an embarrassment. Breakfast staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful.

A huge thank you to Zainab and Younuss for their hospitality during my stay at Longue vie hotel. This hotel is amazing, so accommodating and they go above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly, staff were brilliant, their food on the rooftop and breakfast was delicious! Mocktails were perfect. The spa was amazing, and very comfortable! The rooms were so spacious, and modern. The hotel is close by to everything, and staff always help if you need it. Mohammed at concierge was super friendly and always going out of his way to help me if i needed it, whether it was assisting me to the closest cash machine or to getting me a travel adapter. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it! I would definitely come back to Marrakesh just for this hotel and especially Zainab and Younuss at reception. They were definitely the highlight of my trip! They can help sort out your itinerary planning from activities like quad biking or camel riding to transport! The hotel is located on the main road with periods of heavy traffic so be prepared to hear a lot of noise from outside.

This hotel was exceptional! The staff were all fantastic and friendly from the doormen, to reception and restaurant staff! Our room was brilliant, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety of fresh food and fruit and also an omelette and pancakes stand which were made in front of you by the kind chefs. The location was great, just a short ride to Jemaa el-Fnaa via taxi which you easily flag outside the hotel and walking distance to Gueliz for shopping and restaurants. All in all, I would really recommend this hotel, good value for money and you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel was clean and classy. Staff were always prompt to attend to our needs and went above and beyond to cater to our requirements. Will definitely be staying there again when we next visit Marrakesh. The roof top swimming pool is perfect for overseeing the busy street view of the city and nice for catching a tan (there is no awkwardness about wearing swimwear round the hotel so my wife never felt uncomfortable in her bikini) Lastly the hotel spa was sensational.

Personally there are no negatives, just a heads up! Rooftop pool bar doesn't serve alcohol - which we understand could be due to religious reasons.

Overall our stay at Longue Vie was fairly enjoyable, the hotel is modern, stylish and many of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, very central and not far from the medina. We paid for a confort room with a balcony onlooking the busy road which was at times extremely busy and loud, but we found it to be bearable with the door shut. Our room was always kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping and the room service was excellent (although there could be a bit more option added to the menu).

Whilst the rooftop pool offers amazing views of the city, on weekends in particular we found that it was very busy with who I assume were day guests paying to use the pool. Due to this, there were a few occasions where we couldn’t sit down anywhere and instead went back down to our room. Personally I think that there should be priority for hotel guests who are already paying a lot of money - the use of a pool was an important factor to us when choosing our accommodation (especially in 50 degree heat!).

A superb modern hotel with friendly, attentive staff, especially the rooftop manager (Moncef), who provided us with some VIP treatment throughout our stay. The breakfast was also top-notch. The rooftop swimming pool is a particularly nice touch, providing great views of the city and mountains. In addition, the staff kept the whole area exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the day.

Our first room was too noisy for us to sleep, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work (a side-facing room to the street). However, the staff kindly moved us to an inward-facing room after we asked to be relocated. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend you request a courtyard-facing room.

The hotel has exellent services. Great rooftop swimming pool and lounge area in the evenings. It finds itself very well located only 15 mins from the airport and across the street from the Central train station. The area surrounding the hotel has also some of the best restaurants and lounge clubs in Marrakech. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding with lot of choices both local and internationally. Simply a great hotel in a great location. Wouldnt hestitate to stay again.

**Review: Longue Vie Hotel, Marrakech** Longue Vie Hotel in Marrakech is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, with everything you need nearby. It’s just a 30-minute walk to the famous square, making it super convenient to explore the city on foot. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and everything left in perfect order. Breakfast is a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from. A special touch is the Moroccan woman preparing fresh Moroccan pancakes on the spot – a truly authentic experience. However, what truly deserves a 10/10 is the outstanding service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay, paying attention to every detail. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Yunes at the reception for his incredible hospitality and assistance. Overall, Longue Vie Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Marrakech, with its beautiful facilities, prime location, and exceptional service!

Great location, very nice and modern hotel, we absolutely loved the roof top swimming pool. There was enough storage in the room and bathroom and the room was always perfectly cleaned every morning. The staff members were lovely and professional, we appreciated that they were not constantly asking for tips as it is very common in Morocco

I’d say the rooftop bar/restaurant was a bit overpriced
