1. Very friendly and helpful staff 2. Amazing big comfortable bed which is incredibly useful when you travel with a toddler 3. Very clean everywhere 4. Nice restaurant in the hotel with the terrace. A lot of people are complaining in the reviews about the breakfast but I think is quite complete: eggs, hotcakes and pancakes, fresh juices, pastries, ham and cheese, fruits, jams, milk and flakes, variety of teas and good coffee etc 5. The way to the riad is a bit isolated but is totally safe at any time of the day. And after exploring the city is quite common to have this type of roads. 6. Do not hesitate to order the transfer from the hotel, is the same price and much more comfortable than official taxi from the airport. And the best of all the kindness of the staff, thank you very much! We had lovely time!

Beautiful setting in a great location. Restaurant menu had a wonderful selection and all the food was delicious. The hamman is located on site, which was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions.

The welcome is very similar to a hotel checkin; however, very little information was provided concerning breakfast time and location. The traditional hamman was okey, there was very little communication during the process; as a first timer it would have been helpful to know a bit more. Overall, it was a good experience, but not one that I would repeat. :)

Our stay at this property was magical! The gentleman who assisted us with the check-in made the stay amazing by accommodating our requests. This is a fairytale property, and the staff member's service is exceptional. Kudos to the management team for operating this property at a world-class level. The restaurant was amazing and really set the vibe in the evening. If you’re searching for relaxation and tranquility, this is your property. It's a little challenging to get to the hotel with luggage- I recommend getting a porter at the taxi drop. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and the location is good.

This is silly- the artwork can be improved to make this property more beautiful. I recommend removing large nudity prints and other cheap prints for a family-friendly property. Get original art!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping were lovely. We had dinner there the first bight and the stuffed chicken was amazing. We were surprised at how close the riad is to main tourist attractions as well as .local markets.

Sound travels very well in the property so we could hear guests conversing in common spaces and entering or leaving their rooms. But as we spent most of everyday outside it didn't really bother us.

There is really no place like this hotel. The location is priceless, tucked deep into the Medina, making it surprisingly very quiet yet steps away from the busiest streets. I strongly suggest booking the transfer from the airport, as finding this place on the first try by ourselves was a challenge. The owners could have only banked on this million dollar worth location but nope. The whole place is decorated with impeccable taste, respecting the local vibe while not falling into the trap of making this place look fake or outdated. It really feels like what living in a modern riad, respectful of its history yet plainly in the 21st century must be like. I still wonder if the owner of the hotel (whom we did not meet) doesn't actually live in the premise and simply welcomes us into his home. The rooms are sparkling clean, confortable, and have all the modern amenities one can hope for. With multiple patios, hidden lounging spaces, and even multiple rooftops, it is even fun to just walk around the premise... especially as the staff encourages you to just hangout wherever you feel like hanging out. The staff in itself deserves applauses (Lisa !!!). They are by far the friendliest and most helpful one we met in Marrakech, which is quite a challenge, considering how hospitable everyone in Morocco is to begin with. Finally, if you think it couldn't get better, this hotel literally has a connecting spa, with traditional hammam, massaging rooms and a small heated pool. This is a must do as soon as you arrive, especially as the prices are insane compared to the quality of the service We left promising everyone we would leave a good review, but really it pains us to do so as well... as we will definitely book this place again on our next stay in Marrakech, and selfishly hope not too many people would know about it by then.

The breakfast, and especially the coffee ! We are so sorry, but as coffee lovers, this was the one disappointing point for us, especially since everything else is so absolutely perfect. The pastries (especially the traditional ones) were delicious but we also wish there was a little bit more options, or some changes/varieties from one day to another.

Great location for exploring the city of Marrakech. Very safe and easily to navigate the busy streets. The roof terrace was lovely and sunny and good for a drink after exploring.

The breakfast was a little poor, more choice was needed and items need to be replaced quicker when they run out. The staff also could be a little more attentive. The room wasn't exactly as described on the internet, there was no sitting area, but it did have two sleeping areas which was good for travelling with kids.

It was a beautiful tranquil setting that you wouldn’t believe you were in the middle of the soukes. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and even helped us out when we made a mess out of our booking. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. Tastefully decorated with numerous locations to sit and relax.

Tricky to find on first occasion.

Amazing Riad. It was better than we expected and the staff were really friendly and also helpful. On arrival, the lady checking us in gave us a map and showed us the popular tourist attractions as well as information on our surroundings. Great location, very close to the markets and there is also a spa next door to the riad which is perfect! The food at the restaurant was also great. We would 100% recommend.

Difficult if you bring lots of luggage as the roads are not great. However, there were people available to carry your bags at a fee.

The Riad was a peaceful oasis within the Medina ! The staff especially the restaurant staff were lovely - helpful and friendly We enjoyed the fresh breakfast with eggs / omelettes available upon request and also had a lunch and an evening meal there - all very tasty The bedroom was a 'comfort' double - reasonable size with nice bedding. We would definitely return!

The location is superb although the Riad is situated down a lane that is not accessible by taxi. Book the Airport shuttle and you will be brought to the edge of the Medina by taxi and then a man will take your luggage in a cart to the Riad. The Riad is right in the middle of the Medina, in the middle of the souks and minutes from the main square Jemaa el Fnaa and some lovely restaurants (Le Jardin, Terrasse des Epices and Cafe Arabe (serves alcohol).

There is no lift and a lot of steps to navigate if you want to access your room or the rooftop restaurant where breakfast and other meals are served. There is also no way of contacting reception from your room if you have a problem or need help.
