Location was very good, within walking distance of old medina area and the new city (Gueliz). The entrance is through the gate Bab Ksour. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was so tasty and they change it up everyday with the fresh juices, avocado toast with salmon and they always include the traditional spread (Msmessen). A special thank you to Lubna and her team! They made our stay very welcoming. We will definitely come and stay again and would recommend this riad to all!

The room was very comfortable, air conditioning worked fine in the middle of summer, location was very convenient within walking distance from restaurants and rooftops and everything else we planned to do in the Medina, staff were friendly and helpful, we could contact them via WhatsApp if we need to book a table at the restaurant or anything else. The spa swimming pool was very refreshing and relaxing.

Really stunning Riad, which felt super serene from the hustle and bustle of the markets. The Riad was always clean and many staff members were around to help. Great views and photo moments here. Loved the room and bathroom.

I didn’t like how the front door was always open, allowing non-residents to come in and take a wonder. Perhaps they wanted to take a photo or use the spa but anyone could just turn up to your room. From a security perspective, this was a big no - especially as there were so many beggars right outside too. They should have always been someone manning the front door and checking who was entering and exiting the building. The Spa location was also a bit hazardous with the fully glass door, poor signage and no hazard tape. You could easily just accidentally walk into the door. Needed to be safer.

A perfect retreat, literally a few minutes from the Main Square. The rooms were exceptionally clean,with house keeping coming in everyday ( if required), the bedding and towels were lovely and fresh. All staff at the Riad were lovely, friendly without being intrusive. The Breakfast was the very best I’ve had had in Marrakech, the choice and quality were totally amazing, all served with a smile. We visited The Spa on a couple of occasions and treated ourselves to a Facial, The Spa was lovely treat after a busy day shopping, definatley worth a visit.

Loved everything about The Road

The staff were great and friendly. They were super helpful. The location was really perfect. A short walk to the main square(Jamaa el Finaa). The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The whole place was covered in marble which gives the luxury impression. The spa and pool looked really nice but i didn't use them.

The room lacks a stand for the luggage and the room is really dark. When fixing these issues , I would rate the hotel a solid 10. The room didn't have a mini fridge but it wasn't mentioned in the room amenities so basically my bad. Adding a small fridge in the room will be a huge plus especially in summer.

Riad Elisa & Spa was splendid and very homely, we were well taken care of by Abdul and Tariq. Beautiful riad, its location at the center of town made it convenient to access most places on our list by foot. We also had a great Hammam and massage experience.

The things we were displeased about are- the lack of full sized mirrors in the room and inadequate lighting (as a woman, it was difficult dressing up in the room without these 2). The breakfast was the same almost everyday, we would have appreciated some variety from day to day. The Wi-Fi was also down the first few days. Lastly, the riad had some construction work going on during our stay, which affected our sleep.

Loved the staff, very kind and helpful Lubna at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

Only criticism is that the hammam was underwhelming. Felt very rushed. The reception at the place had told us our services will take 1 hr 30 mins but they girls at the hammam had squeezed all to 1 hr.

The property was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The staff, especially Lubna ,Tariq and the the night shift person, were top tier. We went there for my daughter's birthdays and they made them feel SUPER SPECIAL! Anytime I come back to Marrakech, this will be the ONLY Riad I'll stay at. Everyone was super attentive and knowledgeable - my daughters and me feel like family. I wish I could rate them higher than a 10. They have a special place in my heart!

The riad was very clean and neatly held and the rooms more than met our expectations, so luxurious! The spa was a place for relaxtion with dimmed lights and candles with soft music playing givning it an pleasant vibe. At arrival one the staff came out and picked us and our luggage up and at the riad we were welcomed by Loubna who gave us a warm welcome as well as some recommendations for our stay and was, as well as the rest of the staff, very helpful through out our stay.

Such an amazing stay! Absolutely loved this Riad. Perfect location, close to the taxi drop off so super easy to move around. Also in the heart of Medina. Lovely staff, especially the receptionist Iobna who was super kind, helpful. We were a group of girls and we felt really safe and taken care of. The spa is gorgeous so was our suite! Would love to come back for a romantic getaway next. Would recommend to friends😍
