The cleanliness of the entire hotel and rooms, the breakfast, the staff were all exceptional and professional (every single one of them), the infinity pool, the location, the beach. This hotel is truly a gem. I commend the management, keep up the good work!

The small birds flying into the restaurant at breakfast, flying over the breakfast—food—buffet area can be a health issue as bird droppings can occur over the food while birds are flying. It was a beautiful scene but in my opinion is a cause of concern with regard health and safety. Very simple to rectify: just keep restaurant door shut. Apart from that everything was truly wondering and superb, a lovely and beautiful 5 star experience, many thanks.

The staff, the cleaning of rooms was very good, the breakfast, the location, the pool, the size of rooms, excellent experience. Many thanks to Achraf and Nour Eddine at the dinner restaurant, they were truly professional at their job.

The only thing I could think of was the small flying insects at the breakfast buffet area, especially over the jam and cheese section. Insects need to be eradicated because no one likes insects trampling on their food.

1) This was the most child friendly pool we have ever stayed in. We decided to add an extra night to our 4 days schedule after staying just 1 day, that's how much we liked it. 2) The breakfast for me, was the best we had in Morrocco. Especially the pastries. Those were just irresistible. 3) The set up of the suite that we were in was fantastic. It was very spacious and one of us was able to leave the room to go workout ealry morning without disturbing the sleeping kids. 4) Even thought Hyatt Thaghazoute scores probably a 10 out of 10 on these 3 very important parameters, the main reason for coming back would be the friendliness of the staff. We were welcomed by the general manager personally when we arrived because he happened to be close by and it was our first stay. This gave a special feeling of high service level and during our whole stay, everybody we encountered gave us the same welcome feeling. I would very much like to give a shout out to all of them. Even though they all have name-tags and could name them here, I won't do that because that wouldn't do justice to the ones I don't remember the names of. Basically staff friendliness for everyone was an 11 out fo 10. And it felt really genuine as well!

A small downside was the walk to the beach not having a ramp that allowed for our buggy to slide off to the boulevard. However, this was not such a big issue because the security guard proactively helped us every time we were there.

Everything was perfect. Food was amazing - the lobster risotto blew my mind. The veggies and seafood were fresh and tasty. We got the full sea view room, and waking up to a full view of the ocean felt like heaven on earth. The staff were very friendly and professional. We loved that the atmosphere was quiet and intimate - no noisy beach clubs or heavy commercials which was great. Perfect for a chill and relaxing holiday. And the gym… OMG nothing beats sweating on a treadmill with a breathtaking view of the sunset. Will definitely be back again many times in the future!!!

Pools were too cold, spa not included (20€ per person per hour), dark in the basement and Sauna too cold (60 C)

• Wide selection & variety of foods at the buffet each evening. The head chef seems to keep a really close eye on everything, which keeps things perfect, even during the peak times. • The hotel management clearly focus on cleanliness, and everywhere is kept clean & immaculate. You could eat your food off the restaurant floor it’s scrubbed that much each day. • The entertainment is good for all ages, whether you want to participate or not. • Superb, hard working staff, too many names to remember, but they all do whatever they can to assist. • 3rd year I’ve been back, and I’ll be back next year for sure.

• Sink blockage on the first day, which was not fixed for the duration, but we had another sink so not a problem. Small issue.

We had such an amazing experience at Hyatt Regency Taghazout recently - it far exceeded our expectations. Staff couldnt do enough to ensure our happiness with our holiday and arranged everything we asked. Our room was initially not quite as well located as we hoped (view not quite as amazing as husband wanted!) and they promptly moved us to a room with a spectacular view - the best we've ever had! Breakfasts and buffet dinner both delicious and varied, again all individual preferences accommodated without question. Pools were lovely and refreshing and kids club allowed our children to have some PS4 time! Private beach lovely and clean, varying waves quite a lot of surfing. It feels like a luxury resort but attention to detail and personal touches were amazing and appreciated. We were even given the contact details for one of the hotel managers Aziz to call anytime we needed him. Highly recommend! My son was unwell one day and room service brought him a full breakfast to the room no charge - "is there something special he would like?" very sweet and he was blown away!

It's difficult to think of any downsides. No milk in the room for my tea but room service brought me some no charge! No lifeguard at beach.

Breakfast was amazing so many variety of fruit, vegetable and meat even chia pudding and more importantly well loved sausages (hot). Also we adored the traditional bread, I think it called msemen - delicious. We loved it :)

Not that we did not like, I dont tend to write negative feedback unless its absolutely necessary. Staff especially front desk/ concierge needs to improve their communication- you have to chase them for an answer, even its no its better have an answer them chase again and again.

Nice hotel, clean, beach in front. Staff partly very nice, but also partly shows no interest. Rooms spacious, clean. Breakfast in general good, but often ingredients from the days before missing

- In front of the beach there are guys and kids with camels and horses who treat their animals very badly. They hit them with sticks and the legs of the camels are sometimes tied together so they need to limp and almost fall! As a hotel I would try to get rid of these guys. - the private beach could be so much nicer if it would be put in shape, doesn't fit to the nice hotel in looks and furniture

The resort has very nice beach club, with different pools, and we loved seeong the sunset from the beach. The breakfast is so lavish we had to skip lunch afterwards. The Spa offers a great selecetion of treatments, and the staff has taken great care of us.

It has the vibes of a 4 stars superior, not a 5 stars overall. We couldn't order drinks after 11pm with the room service (only full bottles). The dinner at the restourant was nice, but the quality was not the one expected and the price was a bit higher.
