Excellent location right on the ocean . Cleanliness in the rooms . Very good , varied breakfast . Intimate atmosphere .

The biggest mistake is to use the full board or half board . I did not find information on the website that in this case you are forced to eat dinner in a restaurant resembling a station restaurant - without any ambience , quite a large hall with terrible depressing lighting . We were informed on the first day , that we have to eat only the first dinner in this restaurant , and on the following days we can choose from all restaurants . However, on the second day we were again redirected to this terrible restaurant hall . In the menu served for lunch in the FB option to choose only three dishes . Fortunately we ate only two lunches , because it would have been difficult to stand .

- The breakfast was great. Fresh, well prepared, and diverse. - The staff are very polite and tried to be helpful. - Location is great. Very safe area. Beautiful sunset views. Great walking tack to neighbouring towns. - Kids club was quite good, with polite and caring staff. Rather diverse range of toys and activities for the kids.

- The food quality of the Mediterranean restaurant was mediocre. - The staff could be more efficient. E.g. room service forgets putting towels after cleaning. After ordering food you might need to wait 10-30min to get it. In many occasions they forgot to include one part of what we ordered. - Small flies in the bathrooms. - The beach in front of the hotel is covered with horse and camel droppings. With so much fast driving and riding of Cross motorbikes, quads, and horses, you should always be watching out.

It was really amazing to stay at Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa in Agadir! A gorgeous sea view, relaxing vibes, a comfortable stay! However, what makes it even more special is the people who go above and beyond to fill your vacation with fun and the most joyful memories of your life!!! They welcome you as a member of their big family and create an unforgettable experience of excitement and delight! Especial shout-out to all reception guys, Hilton photographers Abdou and Muhammad and all other employees!!!! You turned this trip into an unforgettable memory! You guys excelled to make my stay really enjoyable. Abdou and Muhammad take the best pictures in the area!😍😍😍 It felt so so special like a professional photoshoot for top models. But they were not only professional fantastic photographers, moreover, they gave a lot of great recommendations about the place and local sights. The housekeeping ladies Fadma and Nadiya are also very caring, thoughtful and extremely helpful! My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully organized and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel offered a range of dining options, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at their on-site restaurant. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was excellent. However, the restaurant managers always looked extremely stressed out, probably due to the huge responsibility. Overall, my stay at Hilton was an incredible experience. The combination of great amenities, top-notch service, and a convenient location made it an excellent choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The staff in Hilton are very friendly and accommodating. They really make you feel at home. As far as I remember, there was no request left unattended. Everything was tiptop. Youssef from the breakfast restaurant made us feel extremely comfortable. He never fail to bring us good coffee every morning for the entire week of stay. He made sure we had everything we want and need with warm smile and good energy. Driss, the restaurant manager was also very approachable and informative. Mohamed was also very kind & smiling whenever he makes us the best egg omelette. Mehdi was very welcoming everytime we ask for pool towels. Not forgetting the housekeeping team who ensure that our bed and room was well made everyday. Overall, our holiday stay in Hilton was superb and amazing. We will definitely come back and recommend.

The location is perfect, between Tamraght & Taghazout, which brings you a diverse option to try local cuisine. The access to the beach, showers, ... is a plus. A bus stop in 5 min walk from hotel's door, where you can catch a bus or taxi.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options, but the selection remained mostly the same during the first four days, with only a slight change on the fifth day. Additionally, the lack of food labels made it challenging to identify the dishes without sampling them.

I would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and support during my stay. I especially appreciated Khalid's support. He was always looking after me and taking care of us. I would also like to recognize Ayoub at the swimming pool for being such a nice person and making everyone feel welcome :) Of course the rest of the team Abdel-Aziz the pastry Chef, Omar, Mohammed, Driss, Valentine, Salah and last but not least Hanane at the Spa for making the spa experience Wonderful ! -The hotel itself very nice including the room, clean and not too big which made it perfect for our family. The food was also delicious. -Swimming pool big enough for both adults and kids (*there is also a dedicated playground for kids supervised by adult). -The beautiful beach being easily accessible from the hotel was a huge plus and of course We can not forget the amazing sunsets. Thanks again for making our stay memorable.

Here are few areas where I believe there could be some improvements for future guests: - to have additional breakfast area to reduce congestion during peak hours and indicate peak breakfast times through display or app - A dedicated foot-washing area near to the back entrance from the beach *** -Sometimes guest should recognize and appreciate the staff efforts, especially during peak times. Patience is key and maybe having more staff on hand during peak times would help. - Pulse to be moved away from the hotel ;)

Warm welcome by the reception team (Zahira, Ghita) with minth tea and cookies 🍪. All services, activities presented in the hotel : spa, fitness room, restaurants, kids club... Our room 3227 was confortable, cosy, nice view on the beach from balcony (with sofa). There are two main restaurants : international and morroccan food. We have tested both the evening, it was delicious : several entrances/main plats/desserts : vegetables, tajines, coucous with meat or vege. ; fresh fish, .. cooked with attention and gastronomic presentation. What about the breakfast ... amazing : salted, sweet, pancake, crepe, different fresh juices or fruits(dried fruit/vegetables, fish, eggs omlett, oney, marmelade, ..., you can't imagine . Thanks to Mr. Idriss and Asma for the special welcome at the breakfast and the presentation of the different stations of meals. Resort cleaned very often/day : fitness room, nice indoor pool, outside pool, ground and corridors. Resort secured (main entrance and side beach). We have not seen dogs in the hotel. Taghazout village is at 40min by walking along the beach, less than 15min by running. Airport 30€ (300dh), around 40min-1h (depends on traffic). In summary, we were very happy to stay at Hilton Taghazout such the welcome was hilighted, the attention to us (also to our daughter / everywhere, also Karima at the club), the confort, the quality of food, the smile of all the staff (even if we does not mentionned all the names). Everything! The energy was calm and relaxing - perfect for vacation. The staff were exceptional helpful and friendly - both the staff in the reception and the staff in the restaurants. The room had an even better view than what we had expected, and it was spacious and clean.

It is a little far to walk into the centre of Taghazout, but we knew that already before we booked the hotel. So we cannot complain about that:) And it is easy to get there both by bus and Taxi.

The property was clean, the interior design is nice and not overloaded. The staff has been very welcoming, professional and always offered a constant high level of service. The Mediterranean restaurant was good offering a very good value for money. We used also the spa. The two therapist Hanan and Khadijah have been very professional and very competent. We stayed already couple of times in other Resorts in Tagazhout which did not offer the right standards for the price requested. Hilton has been by far the best till now.

In the bedroom the shower does not have any little space or shelf to put the shampoo and the soap so you have to leave the items on the floor. In the brochure of the spa an hairdresser is advertised but the hairdresser does not exist anymore. This was a bit misleading. That is all.

I had the pleasure of staying at a delightful beachfront hotel in Taghazout. The experience, from start to finish, was truly memorable, largely due to the hotel's idyllic location and exceptional staff. Every morning, I was greeted by the soothing sounds of the waves and the mesmerizing view of the sun rising over the horizon. The hotel's proximity to the beach provided a perfect balance of convenience and serenity, making each day feel like a mini-vacation in itself. The real highlight, however, was the hotel's impeccable staff. While everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, I must give a special shoutout to the team at the main lobby desk. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness made me feel right at home.
