The service is A1 that was my first impression since everyone was very nice and polite about the room itself it was very clean The breakfast was nice and a pro tip you don’t need to wait in line for 45mins to try the dutch pancakes you can have them fresh on your breakfast there One more thing is the location I found it very easy to go everywhere I wanted even when I leaving it took me 10mins by Uper to get my bus

Lack of privacy - in terms of sound isolation and window from room straight to reception Pictures that are in Booking do not correspond with actual rooms condition. On pictures, rooms do looks nice and new, however they are already “tired” Furniture is very limited - closet without doors, small desk In bathroom - extract hood for vapour was not working and bathroom sliding door was pain to close, as it was attached only to the ceiling part. One of the skirtings - was clogged with wooden fork 😂😂 maybe not to fall apart or something No small fridge or kettle in the room. TV in the room has 5 channels and TVs wiring was exposed and TV was hanged on odd angle After the room service, bed sheets where not even changed

Very friendly , humble and polite staff. Hospitality was very nice. Location of hotel is in good area having good public transport connections . Price is also affordable than others hotels. Breakfast was good. Highly would recommend to stay here. Hotel is under renovation so all rooms are renovated and brand new interiors.

I had requested for electric kettle it was said it will be available but at property they said they have stopped the service. But I was allowed to go to coffee machine any time in reception and have coffee or hot water or tea. So that full filled my requirement.

The room was small but adequate, the beds were very comfortable and warm. We did not have any problems with the bathroom, it was clean. Hotel staff was courteous.

At 2 am suddenly a man opened our room door, we woke up from our sleep and got very angry. When we explained the situation to the receptionists in the morning, they said that our room number was written incorrectly in the system and that the man who came at night was an officer who checked the empty rooms, and they apologized. When they apologized in this way, we forgot our anger and closed the issue.

Breakfast which was included with price was of good quality and versatile. Bike rental offered by hotel was convenient, however bikes in need of servicing.

Smoke alarm going off on multiple times, once in the middle of the night at 3.00AM was very inconvenient everyone was asleep. Asked for towels at reception in the morning because somehow the used ones were collected the previous day but were never replaced. These were provided upon second request at night.

The beds are huge doubles so good if your staying with someone and like a bit of extra space. It’s a 24 hour reception next door so you can always find someone if u need help or to check in. The room was completely clean expect under the bed but that didn’t bother me as I wasn’t sleeping on the floor haha

The location is very far from Amsterdam central about 40-50 minutes depends how fast you Walk and how far into the central bit you go but we expected that when we booked this hotel ( Uber is only like £8). The room has no windows which was also expected but if you stay for more than a few days you will probably miss sunlight and no Lock on bathroom door. And also the campin hotel is connected to a more Luxury hotel called the G hotel and that’s where you check in and check out as the campin hotel doesn’t have a reception so is a bit confusing when you first turn up.

The room was nice that we were in and we also were upgraded free of charge which was great. The room was cheap for Amsterdam. The staff were helpful and allowed us to drop our bags off early.

The location is slightly inconvenient as the hotel isn't super central and isn't by a train station/ tram line. However busses are available from the location. These stop earlier than is ideal. I booked here 2 times and they have a no cancelation, no name change, no date change policy. Which seems like its designed to make life difficult for guests even when you are saying you will rebook with them on a different date.

The size of the room was okay, the bathroom size also. The bed was really comfortable, actually better than my own bed. The location is fine, it was a bit further away from the city center than we thought, but the buses were alright. The hotel staff was flexible with our arrival time as well, our plane was late so arrived later than expected, and it was fine.

We booked a ''room with a canal view'', but we got a room with a street view (one wall was a 100% window, with a thick curtain in front of it). when I asked if its possible to get a canal view room, the receptionist said he doesn't have any free, but all the rooms are priced the same. Still kinda a deception of costumers...

This hotel has two different hotels in it. One is fancy and another is cheap. I booked a room in the cheap house, but when I arrived, they said that they will upgrade my reservation and will give a room in the fancy house. So actually I did not sleep where I had to sleep and thats why I dont have an experience, what it looks like in the cheap hotel. Room that I got was great.

As i did not sleep in the room that I reserved in the beginning, then I can not say anything good or bad about the original room, but the fancy house was great.

I think this is a great hotel and it has really good price to quality ratio. It takes 15 min from the centraal station via bus, 6 tram stops to the city center (museas) and 20 min walk to the old town. There are two markets in 2-3 min walking distance. Our room was quiet, personel was really helpful, there is nothing bad I can say about this place.
