The hotel's location was a 5 mins walk to Sloterdijk train station which made it very convenient to get to the city centre, Zaanse Schann & also the airport. The room was clean, toilet was a little small but had towels. We liked that there was a temperature control for the room to allow us to adjust to what we felt comfortable in winter. The kitchen area was sufficiently equipped with a fridge, pots, pans & also an oven. The hotel also provided a cleaning kit which was useful as we did some cooking for a few of the nights spent there. Staff was very helpful and friendly when assisting us with our needs. The hotel also kindly offered a small compensation as service recovery due to some of the inconveniences we encountered.

One of the lifts was not working so we had to wait a while to get to our turn when it was used by the cleaning crew. The TV channels were not working in the room during our stay despite the staff's effort to help us get it resolved.

The room was lovely. It had the advantage of self catering but still with a hotel room feel. Sometimes I feel it's 'quality hotel' or 'self catering flat' but this had both. Location was amazing, 5 mins on the train to Cenrtaal (Don't get the metro, takes 45mins! Train only!). Staff were the friendliest I've experienced.

We were there in July and it was HOT! There was no aircon, but when we checked out I noticed some rooms had portable fans, so I guess if you ask for one they can give you one. I should have thought of that! However, I'd still stay there again without aircon.

The triple room is spacious and Kitchen equipment is very good. The location is 5 minutes from the Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station on foot. It's very convenient for us to travel by train to Amsterdam city center, Utrecht, Amersfoort, Hoorn, Enkluizen and Airport.

Nearly everything. The kitchenette was very useful, we had breakfast and sometimes dinner. Lovely bathroom with a great shower. The terrace is a great place to relax and although we didn't use it a nice gym is available. Bus / tram / underground and overground trains 30 seconds walk from the hotel but don't worry the rooms are incredibly well sound proofed. Didn't hear a thing. We chose two options to travel to the center. The metro or the tram. Lovely choices of snacks and drinks (hot and cold) near reception and supermarkets are open both at the station and close by. We chose to shop in the center and bring the food back. The entrance and seating area is very relaxing too. As for the staff, extremely helpful and professional throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying again next time we come... April.......Thank you to ALL the staff.

the twin beds..... kept sinking in the middle.. One double bed would have made it much better. It does say (on various websites) the beds are double beds or extra large double beds so we chose those rooms. Either the websites need to be updated to say some of the rooms have two single beds joined together with a thin mattress on top (some websites give you a choice of twin or double - i chose double)- to no avail) or ..... one needs to write to the hotel to request a real double bed. Saying ALL THAT the bed was still very comfortable, as were the pillows. Will be back for sure.

Very professional smiling staff. We had a slight problem with the safe and it was dealt with very quickly. rİGHT NEXT TO THE BUS / TRAM / METRO / TRAIN station but you can't hear any noise from the rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food and drinks available near reception at a good price. Supermarkets close by ( at the station).

Although a double bed was requested we ended up ( in both rooms- we stayed for 7 days and then 3 days after that) the bed was in fact two single beds with a thin mattress on top to make it look like a double bed. I kept sinking in the middle....... Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The apartment is very spacious. The bed is comfortable and large. The wardrobe is more than big enough for clothes for a seven-day stay in winter, ie, a time of year when you need many layers of clothing. There are enough hangers. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. In particular, I would like to mention that there is crockery and cutlery for four people. This is very generous; at some self-catering places one only receives one item of each, ie, one cup, one knife, etc, which is inconvenient. Upon my arrival, there were supplies of coffee end tea, even decaffeinated coffee. These supplies were restocked during my stay. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The soap provided has a nice smell. You can use it as a shampoo, which is not always the case with such soaps. The TV has several international programmes, eg, a few BBC channels and some German, Italian and French channels. All areas that I saw, ie, my apartment, the passages, lift and reception area were very clean. The hotel has a laundrette. I didn't use it this time around and therefore can't judge it, but for me a laundrette is always a plus. Regarding the location: naturally I would also like to stay in a picturesque area near the canals, but I doubt that I would ever be able to afford such a big and well-equipped apartment in the old part of town. This hotel is next to the Sloterdijk station, from where you can take trams, buses, the metro, and the train to any place in the city or to other cities.

Great location, about 3 minutes walk from the Sloterdijk train station/bus depot, which is about a 10-15 minute trip to Schiphol Airport. Also has trams and trains into the center in the same location. Few restaurants, and a couple of convenience stores around within 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets are 10-20 minute walks away, though the tram system runs down to them. The room itself was spacious, clean and had decent facilities, a nice amount of kitchen equipment for a self catering place. Staff were friendly and helpful and available 24/7, in addition to a small in-hotel convenience store that was also open 24/7 in case you were stuck. Wifi was available. Plenty of towels and fridge space.

The room did lack AC, but we just opened a window. No Chromecast, which would have been nice. Some bread and biscuits, which had been opened, were left behind. The sound of the trains was quite audible from the room, even with the windows closed, so if you have trouble sleeping, ear plugs are advised!

Great location, with many conncections to the city centre and other tourist attractions. Spacious room, large and comfortable bed, fully functional kitchen. Loved the tea-selection!

They should be more explicit about the deposit. One could read in comments about 50 euros/night/person. We were charged 100, so have no idea how they calculated this, since we were 2 for 3 nights :) We paid the deposit in cash because they've told us, that it would take 3 weeks to transfer back the money to a visa card...So it's good to have enough cash on you.

Hotel2stay has everything you need. Lovely comfortable rooms. Great kitchen. Having a laundry was great 3 euros each for wash and dryer. Wash tokens from reception. Soap is built in to the washer. Roof terrace is great, grab a beer from the vending machine or the mini Market at reception. It's amazingly quiet 🤫 even though you are next to a fantastic transport hub. The hotel2stay staff are all really lovely. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable. The no19 tram is 2 mins from the front door (20 mins to Leidsplein) as is the train, 4 mins to Amsterdam central. The hotel2stay is very accessible. Elevators to all floors. Accessible rooms. Uber eats delivers food also Flink app delivers grocery. Spar is a few mins away. Its pretty well stocked. Brilliant hotel!

Nothing, the place ticked all the boxes

It's hard to find rooms in Amsterdam that are suitable for families. So, Hotel2Stay was perfect! The kitchen has facilities for breakfast and dinner with the family. It is not in the center, but it is very well connected by all the main means of transport in Amsterdam. Line 369 stops in front of Hotel and takes you straight from the airport to it. There is no need to take a taxi. Tram 19 takes you straight to the centre. Hostesses help you to order food, taxi, pizza! They are excellent.

I requested in advance for two rooms close together and my request was not granted (my 9 year old daughter and her aunt stayed in a room away from us). Also, the rooms were different and I booked to similar rooms. Only one of them had a dishwasher, so we had to take the dishes from room 5 to wash in room 40 every single day.
