it was very modern, and nicely decorated with a good sized room. the floors have underground heating which was a bonus!

the floors looked dirty so it was slightly uncomfortable, and the bathroom floor kept getting soaked because the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed properly.

Very spacolious penthouse with a great view of the city . Problem is little far from city center. Penthouse is very spacious and it accomodate 5 people easily.

Location

The room is very comfortable, clean and big. The couch is comfy and we liked the kitchen (with full supplies) and diningtable. Also the big TV is a plus! The bed is hudge and good. Bathroom is a little small, but has a good shower and rainshower. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

We didn't like the location/area that much. Although it's close to a shopping center and public transport. Maybe because we're with kids and prefered to be closer to the center. The toilet is inside the bathroom and really small. You cannot sit properly.

The apartment was spacious and light. It was convenient to have the cooking facilities, there was a small supermarket within walking distance. This allowed us to cook some meals and stay within our budget. The apartment layout was a bit strange- a long corridor with 2 "sleeping alcoves" , a seperate toilet and bath and a small bedroom with a door and ensuite shower/ bath. The bedroom with the door was very small, in fact there was no room to even put a suitcase inside and no cothes closet, so I had to leave my suitcase amd clothes on the living room floor. There was convenient public transportation nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpfull.

There were no cleaning services, it is just for guests who stay over a week ( we had 5 nights) but there were insufficient means for us to clean on our own (no broom for us to use and the vaccum didnt really work.) The neighborhood was kind of scruffy and the location was far from the center and attractions, meaning that to get anywhere usually involved a walk, a tram with multiple stations, and the metro.

The room was much larger than expected, and looked amazing! We had more than enough space for three people, and everything was very clean and tidy. The Nespresso machine was great for the morning. The hotel has a restaurant there that serves breakfast, lunch & dinner - although I can't comment on this as we didn't end up eating there. The wifi was very fast as well. Location wise, you're not right in the centre of Amsterdam as it's about a 10-15 minute Uber away from the action, but I actually preferred this as the hotel felt very safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Great to have two sizeable lifts. The hotel is in a very green quadrant with lawns, a volleyball court, a paddling pool and community allotments. It is right next to a canal with lovely quiet walks in either direction. It is close to great transport to the city centre and popular museums with easy access to supermarkets, green spaces and canals.

The double mattress arrangement was odd because the thinner one on top shifts around. The windows are all wired shut and you have to ask for a (not very efficient) cutter to get them open. We were in a spacious two bedroom flat but the bedrooms are just spaces off the main corridor with no doors and therefore no privacy. Surprised not to find modern USB style charging points.

For the most part, the service was excellent (see below) - friendly and helpful. The apartment was fine. It was a little larger than we expected (for a large, European city). While a little ways out from the center of the city, it's convenient to bus & tram lines that connect to everywhere we wanted to visit in the city. Multiple [very nice] supermarkets nearby.

We were delayed getting into our room, having asked at reception to be on the same floor as my daughter (arriving later in a separate apartment). Due to a shift change, we ended up dealing with someone else at the front desk who was not as helpful/cooperative. Obviously no one had relayed the situation, so he didn't recognize, or care, that we'd already been waiting for hours to get into our room and it was past the time we'd been promised the room would be available. Nor could he give us any estimate for how much longer we'd have to wait for what was rude about it. We finally decided to just take whatever room was available rather than wait any longer. It started us off with a sour taste. Also - it's a little further from the center of the city than we would have preferred.

We had an apartment style room, was spacious with large queen bed and pull out sofa bed for 4 friends who had to book last min when our festival was cancelled and evacuated price was ok for one night between 4 sharing a sofa bed and bed. There is a restaurant and small shop for water sweets etc downstairs, plenty food options close by KFC febal etc and other fast food stands. We were 20mins on tram to Amsterdam central, tram stop a 5min walk from hotel so not a bad location

They take a holding deposit for damage for €150 euro which was returned a couple days after our stay not a dislike as such but something to be mindful of

The room (Superior studio) had great facilities. Full kitchen with everything you might need for a short stay. And easy access to public transport. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The shower was nice but because of the layout of the glass wall, water kept splattering outside on the tiles. But an extra towel solved that problem.

The views were absolutely phenomenal, I would highly recommend this place if you are coming Amsterdam for the scenery and views then this is your spot. We had a private terrace which has a city view off everything around. Everything was close by or 10 minutes max ranged from Amsterdam central, Food locations, Police station and many more. The staff was more than exceptional especially the ones at the reception as we lost our passports on the first night and they aided us with everything they could possibly have done and helped us safely get back home. So if you guys are reading this thank you we made it back without any headaches thanks to you guys!!
