Beautiful clean apartment near the train station. There were lots of amenities provided in the apartment. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. It is also super useful that they allow you to store luggage before and after check out to make it easier to walk around the city

Location - brilliant, a couple of minutes walk from Amsterdam central and the red light district. Room - good size, clean, everything you need from a practicality standpoint and provided enough privacy for two couples. Staff - very friendly and helpful

The location of the apartment was perfect. Just a five minute walk from the Amsterdam Centraal train station. The reception staff was wonnderful and the apartment was clean and welcoming. The staff also tried to accommodate us in all the requests we made during our stay

In our apartment, the air conditioning only existed in the living room and not in any of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, that was not something that was stated clearly during the booking process and if it were, we might have opted for another apartment in the same complex. In addition, some of the cabinets in the kitchen are built awkwardly, preventing easy opening of the fridge.

The premise was clean, modern and infused with a wonderful blend of perfume - which I was dying to find out and that the front desk declined to divulge further information on :) The apartment was equally clean and modern. We enjoyed cooking in the fullly equipped kitchen, and all the facilities were top-notch.

The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night - most probably triggered by someone smoking in the premise. There was no follow-up call from frontdesk to explain the alarm and we had to go down to find out it was a false alarm. Since this happened at 3 in the morning, it woke us up in a state of confusion and caused a little stress

Location: We were able to attend mass at St Nicholas Church and was celebrating the start of the Anniversary of the 750 years of history etc. Near Anne Frank House. Room: Not much as bed in one room occupies the whole room and it's hard to get out. Breakfast: no breakfast.

The bed that occupied the whole room which is there's only one exit out of bed. Washer and Dryer can dry for 5 or more hours, that uses too much electricity. Stove top: when one burner heats up the other one heats up too and stops.

These apartments are in a great position if you are coming by train. We had a great view of the river which looked beautiful at night. They have a 24hr reception which is helpful when you are getting there at a time out of usual business hours. Thankfully they also have a lift. Loved having a washing machine/drier at our disposal.

These points are minor….Knowledge about local restaurants from staff was ok but limited. I also felt our apartment size did not warrant a 4 seater table and chairs that were inconveniently placed for entry to the bathroom. Ideally I would have liked more storage places in the bathroom too.

The hotel had amazing views of the "IJ" river. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The 3-room apartment (and hotel overall) were very clean. There was a small washer/dryer in the kitchenette area, and we cooked breakfast one morning using the pots and pans supplied. The beds were comfortable enough. The area around the hotel felt safe, although, it was recommended that we not park our rental mini-bus in front of the hotel as the area had been subjected to car break-ins. So, we parked in a nearby garage without issue.

Really, the only think we didn't like about the hotel was the price. It was pretty expensive compared to other, similar options in the area. However, the view coupled with the cleanliness and newness of the hotel we felt was worth it for a "splurge" type hotel stay.

I and my sister-in-law stayed at this hotel from April 14 to 20, 2024. My flight arrived in the morning. The young lady who worked at the front desk on that day was very nice and helpful. She helped to have me check in around noon time (Many thanks!) She also provided me with a lot of useful travel information and hand-wrote the recommended restaurants. I really appreciate all of her help. This hotel has very spacious rooms compared to most Europe hotels. And the location is great (right by the central train station and most sightseeing is within walking distance. This location is also very convenient for day trips. I highly recommend this hotel.

I suggest the hotel provides travelers with trash bags (I brought myself) and tea bags.

All the amenities in the room were good. I liked the kitchen and bathroom (we had shower which was good strength hot). Nice little dishwasher, combi oven and 2 ring electric hob. Washing machine/ dryer very useful. All modern. The location was really great for going anywhere by train or tram or walking. Even ferry close by. It was not a problem being near station, it was secure. Staff gave us extra teabags when needed. Supermarkets and pubs/restaurants nearby. Staff helped printing tickets for outing.

It was a little on the dark side with bedroom doors closed and closing the sliding bedroom doors meant cool air could not circulate at night. The Japanese style doors were cute though a bit delicate. Cleaning once in a week. I am not a fan of the ‘minimal cleaning’ trend in hotels around the world.
