Location amazing. Very central but in a really nice area which lots of restaurants, bars and cool boutique shops. Very clean, comfortable, nice tea and coffee facilities. Super friendly staff. We were worried in advance about noise levels from other reviews. On the Friday the bar up the road was in full swing and didn’t disturb us. You can hear on occasion people walking on floor above. We only noticed this with one guest who was very heavy footed. Next guest after them didn’t hardly hear them.

Shower doors leaked out corner a bit so we got quite soggy bath mats but they replaced daily on request. Steep stairs - fine with us and typical of Amsterdam, but if you struggle with stairs or have very large unruly luggage then this isn’t the place for you.

Great location, walking distance to pretty much everywhere with plenty around it too. Clean and well equipped. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of space and great facilities. Spent very little time in the room but it was a nice enough to relax in had we chose to. We arrived well in advance of our check-in but the man at the desk provided our keys and kindly took our bags and ensured they were in our room for when we entered late at night. There were also umbrellas at the door for guests to use whilst out which was very handy as it was raining when we arrived.

Nothing I didn't like. My friend said the TV wasn't working but we weren't ever looking to watch anything. Just have it on in the background.

Great location. Very nice decor. Coffee machine in room with pods. Nice shower. Under floor heating. Cool ceiling windows/blinds.

Really nothing major - we enjoyed our stay. Small room but this was expected. Shame double bed was two single beds pushed together and slid apart a lot! Hotel ‘reception’ was a cupboard outside our door which was a little noisy first thing hearing voices etc but not a big deal as we were awake anyway. Mixed reviews on bed and pillow comfort. Bathroom was too small really - you could sit on the toilet and chest nearly in the sink but found that quite funny. Would have been impossible for the larger person!

The room was nice, not very big, but organized very well for 3 people. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Very nice bagel shop across the street for breakfast. You can open a window for fresh air. Very quiet street.

The wifi was not good at all. And there was no wifi at all for an hour every evening. Checkout is max at 12:00 (for requests of late checkout). And there's only a luggage storage, but no room/toilette to use before leaving the hotel. No lift, but it is mentioned in the accessibility part of the description. And it's more or less the same in Amsterdam.

Travelling as a group of three can be quite tricky as one person tends to end up on a sofa bed. This hotel was a great alternative. A good size double bed and a single bed. The room was fairly small as the hotel is situated within a standard Amsterdam building. However it was perfect for our needs. Great shower, TV and plenty of towels etc The ease of access to everything by Tram was ideal. I've stayed in most areas of Amsterdam but would say this is a prime location for a very reasonable price Check in was simple and the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful The stairs are steep so may pose a problem to a person with mobility problems. But for us it added to the charm.

The room would benefit greatly from a small fridge and possibly a fan. There is an AC type unit but it doesn't move much air and the windows don't open. When returning to the room it was very warm. Can imagine it would be a struggle in high season

It was in a great location and easy to navigate to everything around. The directions from the airport were really clear and helpful. The decor is fab and the room was very comfortable- it had everything we needed.

It was smaller than I’d imagined overall and quite tricky navigating the stairs. The once dream carpets were a little stained and grubby but it was a thoroughfare so to be expected.

About a 10 minute walk from Rembrandt square. About a 2 minute walk from a train station. This is one of those slinky-thin houses made into a hotel, but our 3-twin room was perfect for 3 people. Coffee station in the room was nice. Overall a great choice if all you need to do in your room is end the day. Great value.

It is right next door to a small pub which seems to be popular after dark. Leaving the window open means you may end up getting an earful of partygoers for hours, if your room is on that side.

Absolutely amazing small B&B in a converted townhouse. I found the location to be perfect, very close to central without the price tag of a central hotel. We were three friends and stayed in the top floor room which has 2 double beds (or 4 singles if you want). Although the two rooms are not entirely private (no doors) we didn’t mind and we thought if you are travelling with friends this room is perfect if you don’t want to spend a fortune on accommodation. Super clean room and bathroom, and our host was lovely, thank you so much!!! We will be back for sure!!

We stayed in a triple room (with teen daughter) for a couple of nights. The room was a decent size, clean and nicely presented. Comfy beds. Air-con. Bag storage for late flight. My main reason to recommend booking is the location. A great little neighbourhood with bars and restaurants within a few blocks - ideal for spending the day in the city and the evenings closer to 'home'. Must mention the excellent breakfast bagels and coffee directly across the road at 'Flo's Deli'

Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely kind member of staff. We arrived before check in time and were allowed to store our bags. We received a text when our room was available and were also given an iron and ironing board as requested. The hotels close to the city centre and about a 2 min walk from a tram station.

My only complaint is the double bed is two single beds pushed together.
