Fantastic place to stay, warm, clean and quiet. Easy communication with the hosts, and great to be able to use the bikes. The bed was really comfortable and really well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a basic meal. Really nice touches with little bottles of wine, beer, snacks gifted to us as well. Absolutely recommend staying here!

A decent walk if you take the tram from the airport (15-20 minutes). It's 10 minutes to walk to the tram to get into the city but this was a really nice walk and not a problem just worth noting perhaps if this is a barrier for you.

We loved the place, everything was perfect. Lone and Eric made us feel really welcome, including giving us some snacks when we arrived, that was really nice from them. The view is awesome, bed, bathroom, a complete kitchen with everything we needed (we cooked dinner one night and eating outside watching the canal was a great experience), they have a very nice neighborhood, safe and beautiful. Bikes are in great condition and it was quiet an experience to go around Amsterdam as a local :) . Staying in the houseboat is not only a place to rest, it is a full experience that I recommend to everyone and really hope to come back some day.

Everything was perfect! The hosts were so helpful and friendly, really great people. Being on the water was stunning and the location was absolutely perfect. So great to ride our bikes into Amsterdam and have an authentic new experience on the houseboat!

I ended up getting a bit of motion sickness just from the houseboat occasionally bobbing so if you’re prone to that make sure to take any necessary precautions! Other than that, loved it!

The houseboat is in the perfect location, between Amsterdam Central and Schipol Airport. It was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The houseboat is located in a cosy houseboat community which is lovely to take a stroll around, or stay in on the decking and watch the coots, swans, ducks and greebs!

The stairs to the bedroom are definately a challenge after a few drinks! - but a fun challenge.

A peaceful sunlit position on the canal, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, great host, had everything we need, very comfy bed, close to everything but in a peaceful, private location, nature, waking up to bird song, watching boats and ducks pass buy and a short walk to town

Great location, property owners were very helpful. Not intrusive, but nearby to offer suggestions of places to go/thinks to do. Having push bikes available to use was a great bonus. We loved our time in Amsterdam 😀

Lovely place to stay in Amsterdam! The apartment is clean and well-stocked (milk was already in the fridge as well as tea and coffee). The hosts take very good care of their guests, are approachable and will give you great recommendations! Even though the boat is not directly in the centre, you can go anywhere quickly with the free bikes. The ride into the centre through Vondelpark or the surrounding resident areas is fantastic and makes you feel like a local. The seating area on the deck offers a beautiful view of the canal and the other swimming houses with the occasional boat passing by.

Amazing accommodation, very clean and perfect for two. Located in peaceful neighborhood with amazing view from terrace. Owners are very nice and helpful, they gave us directions to their accommodation and tips on visiting the city. would definitely like to come back again.

This place is lovely. Lone and Eric are the best hosts I’ve ever met and this whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish. I am so glad we found this place. The bikes included are so useful to cycle through Vondelpark and park up to walk in to the city.

It’s a well contained, cosy houseboat and the deck is fantastic. It was still warm enough for us to sit out and enjoy the sunshine and watch the boats drive past. This place is a real find.

Quiet location on the canal in a residential area, walking distance to the center, parks, museums. Lona is very helpful.
