The hotel has an excellent location - a quiet, peaceful area right on the canal. The tram/bus is 4 minutes on foot and you can take it anywhere you need. If you are coming by car, I recommend to book parking at the stadium. Varied and tasty breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. In the evening you can enjoy a drink on the terrace with a stunning view. Very good value for money - we will definitely come back here!

I believe there is no need to change towels every day, especially since we didn't leave them on the floor. However, you could wipe the table or vacuum the floor, because it gets dirty after a longer stay. Paper coffee cups in the room.

We liked the hotel in general, the person that did our arrival and departure was very nice and helpful. The room was spotless. We would have like to book a jacuzzi but we were too late and it was fully booked. I would advise the staff to indicate the jacuzzi can be fully booked very fast as we thought it would be more quieter.

The price of breakfast was too expensive . We did not book it as we thought we would prefer to eat in town but it was an option available if needed but I think 19,50 per person is overpriced

Well located, easy accessed with public transportation, easily approached from the airport via public transport, nice surrounding, the bike rental service rocks

Very disappointed with the cleaning services , although requested twice from the Cleaning staff to clean better the room because there was huge amount of dust below the beds they didn’t clean it. They didn’t refill shampoo and shower soap although also mentioned to the Staff. Jacuzzi although in a balcony with great view you have to change in the middle of the gym, there was nobody to provide guidance on who has to use it and when and generally an uncomfortable situation and not equivalent to the amount of money paid

The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes, by public transportation, from the main part of Amsterdam but the tram and Metro are both an easy walk from the hotel. The walk back at night was safe and uneventful. The room itself was very comfortable with nice beds and pillows. The bar was open late enough to grab a drink after a concert. Parking was GREAT!!! I prepaid for the parking and received a small discount through the hotel. The garage was a short 5 minute walk away located near a tennis stadium. The garage can accommodate larger and taller American style vehicles with ease. It was nice to park the car for the weekend and get everywhere we needed to go without driving in the city center. We saw a lot of taxis too so if public transportation isn't your thing taxis could be called. Overall a very nice hotel and location.

While the breakfast buffet was good, it was expensive. Not a lot of other choices close by for breakfast.

The room was clean (including the washroom) and we appreciated the daily housekeeping service. It was easy to travel into the main city area from the nearby tram stop, and also easy to travel to/from the airport via the bus stop that was about a ten minute walk from the hotel.

The room was a bit smaller than I was expecting. For a room that accommodates four (bunk bed + two single beds), it would have been helpful to have more hooks in the washroom. There was a cubby hole next to each single bed but no nightstand for the bunk bed.

The location was ideal if you are participating in the Amsterdam Marathon, 2 min walk to the Expo and 2 min walk to the start at the Olympic Stadium. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with room to stretch out. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure was impressive. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious. The in-house bar has a good selection of beers and bar snacks were yummy. The hotel was near public transportation, an Albert Heijn grocery store, and a laundry.

A free night's stay? HA! HA! No complaints.

The hotel was clean, modern, very comfortable, the location was fantastic and such a nice area to walk and cycle around and very near to public transport. We hired bikes locally and cycled in to town both days very easily. Breakfast was superb. Bar was open late and had a great vibe. The views down the canal in the evening were lovely. I travelled alone with two children and we had a great experience. The booking.com experience was not great as the messaging system between me and the hotel was hacked.

A swimming pool and free parking would have made it ideal!!

Everything about the hotel was great I e the decor , the location , the size of rooms, the cleanliness and the vast menu option in the breakfast !

1)The ONLY negative for me was : Your breakfast costing is quite costly and it needs to be aligned with the rest of amsterdam as even though I loved the entire stay at the hotel but the breakfast I didn't take after the first night due to your overpriced costing ! 2) The pillows in the room are quite uncomfortable to sleep in as they are quite big and doesn't allow for a good peaceful sleep posture and one keeps struggling to sleep in them. You need to reduce the bulk in the pillows

Nice modern room. Good location to the metro and getting to and from the airport (bus 397) and also into Central Amsterdam. Really nice cocktails. Helpful staff and quick responses to my emails for help with a phising attempt for my credit card info and help with directions.

Alot of breakfast choice but the cooked breakfast both mornings was cold even though on heaters. Had issues before arriving with multiple phisising messages on booking.com portal asking me to reconfirm my booking and enter my credit card info again. I also received a text as well asking the same. Please be aware that these are not from the hotel.

We were in a deluxe room that exceeded expectations. The room had a beautiful corner window with a wonderful view of the stadium. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and two mirror / counter spaces for a couple. It was very large and spacious Hot tubs were amazing. Cocktails were exquisite and the steak tasty. Staff are friendly. Location was ideal for us as we were competing in the sport hall across the road, however, it is not the best for those wanting to visit the center of Amsterdam.

The fitness center is quite minimal for an “Olympic hotel”, the weights area is only fit for one person. I also didn’t see any changing rooms for use of the Sauna / hot tubs after a workout. As a result there were men working out in wet underwear after being in the hot tub. The TV in the room is a bit outdated, no screen mirroring/sharing option for mobile devices. Room aircon didn’t work, sounds as if it was blocked. Dinner menu is okay. Ordered steak but the only vegetable side option was Asian stir fried veg which had too much oil on them (1/4 bell pepper and a kilo of bean sprouts).A perfect steak dish for me would be steak, chips, a choice of sauce and some seasonal veg.
