During my recent stay in Amsterdam, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel Xo Couture that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and straightforward, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was a delight. It boasted a modern design, was impeccably clean, and offered all the comforts one could wish for, including a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a safe. It was clear that the hotel had put a lot of thought into ensuring guests' needs were met with these amenities. What set this hotel apart for me was its exceptional location. The convenience of having Tram 2 depart right from the hotel's doorstep cannot be overstated. This tram line became my gateway to the city, whisking me away to all the central attractions Amsterdam has to offer, making exploration both easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, the hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff were remarkable. They were always on hand to assist with any requests or queries, adding a personal touch to their service which made my stay even more comfortable. In addition to the wonderful room and service, I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. In summary, my experience was nothing short of excellent. This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam, offering both convenience and comfort. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Close to train station Lelyaan, from the airport Schipol you make 7 minutes to this station. After that you can walk 16 minutes to hotel. Museum zone is 14 minutes away (6 station) with tram no 2. Centraal Station is 26 minutes away (13 station) with tram no 2. Good breakfast, simly and fast check-in and check-out.

The think that I don't like, that when some one does not have breakfast reservation, and want to take one or two days breakfast, then he should go first to the reception to pay then the staff in the Restaurent will let him entre. I felt kind of disrespect. The guest can pay after breakfast or tell his room number to the staff, and they add it to the hotel bill. like all the hotels all over the world. room service was not that perfect as well, specially bathroom services.

The hotel is located at a distance of 10 minutes by tram no. 2, which stops in front of the hotel, from Rjks Museum and 20 minutes from the center! 100 m from the hotel is a shopping center, which also includes a Lidl store, and at a short walking distance, there are cafes, bistros and shops! The rooms are spacious, with carpet on the floor, spacious wardrobe and many storage places! the beds are comfortable, although the pillows are a bit hard... The bathroom is quite spacious, equipped with a shower and cosmetic items. Generous lobby and very varied breakfast. I warmly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back!

Luggage storage on arrival/departure day is possible, clean/do not disturb can be set with an electric sign and it is respected. Line 2 is directly in front of the door and it can bring you either out to see one of the historic mills or directly to the city center, it centrally passes through all Grachts all the way to Centraal. Station Lelylaan is an easy 12mins walk and brings you to Schiphol with the sprinter in like 6 Minutes.

The provided Shower Gel / Shampoo and hand soap in little screw-tubes is impractical and not really high quality, this could be improved. And there should be more hooks etc for towels. We had a 3-single-bed room and just one hook for a towel on the bathroom door.

We had an amazing experience at XO Hotels Couture. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, far exceeding our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and responded to our needs quickly and efficiently, making our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight for us. Initially, we only booked it for the first day, but it impressed us so much that we decided to have it again on the second day. The self-check-in and check-out process was seamless, making everything easy and hassle-free. The hotel's location is another huge advantage, with a tram station right in front of the hotel and a metro station very close by, making it super convenient to explore Amsterdam. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel was half an hour far away from the city center. There was the tram stop outside of the hotel which was passing from the hotel very often. You could have your ticket either in the machine outside the hotel or in the tram. The tram 2 has always an employee to sell you tickets. They are very helpful. The room was quiet and clean every day.The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was decent. I enjoyed my stay to the hotel and Amsterdam.

I enjoyed everything

The perfect hotel, we can’t fault anything tbh. The location may be an issue for some people. It’s about a 20 minute tram ride into the centre or €20-€25 in an uber. The tram stop is literally right outside the front door. We had no issues coming and going, some nights not getting home until 4am. Rooms were lovely and modern and clean. Bathroom was perfect. Self check in and check out was easy and 3 vending machines in the lobby for the late night snacks and water. Left an item behind in the room and the hotel were very engaging in trying their best to locate it. 2 couple staying and both enjoyed the stay. Will book again next time we are there.

The hotel is close to the tram line number 2. It is convenient for transportation to the central station and other key locations. The hotel is good, but unfortunately with outdated furniture. The receptionists accommodated our request for a room on a high floor. Thanks for that! The service in the restaurant at breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast is good, for a two-night stay, but if you stay more nights you will get bored quickly because it is the same menu.

The outdated furniture. No one from the receptionists greeted us once, lost in their work. We checked in ourselves through a self-check point. There were no slippers in the room.

The hotel and rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out are done digitally. It was quite easy and took a short time. The room was cleaned every day. There was nothing broken or not working. I never had to call the reception. The tram stop in front of the hotel makes transportation very easy. I was very satisfied, if I come to the same area, I can stay again. breakfast was not included in the reservation. but breakfast can be purchased for an extra charge. However, I found the price high and did not buy breakfast.
