the price is fair, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets.

there’s too much noise outside because is in the city center, but for some people this is not a problem. the walls are also too thin and you can hear others talking and laughing in their room. I think this happens most because there’s no common area to chill out and hang around. But also there’s some people that just don’t have common courtesy.

Very good location close to the centre area and many shops/restaurants, very nice night entrance for quick access to the rooms, the staff is super helpful, the room was heated good and there was a window for fresh air, clean bed sheets, sink in the room.

The rooms are on the upper floors with very narrow stairs and no elevator, the toilet on the third floor was only one for more than 5 rooms, the bathrooms are not so clean and the hot water coming very slowly

Constructive suggestions - A mirror in bathroom / Hot water at sink to have a shave / A water gun at toilet to wash butt to save paper and time / Bright paint on dull sign at street level as hostel hard to find .

Excellent staff, everyone was friendly, the location is amazing overall 10/10 value for the money paid. It was the first time in a hostel but it opened new possibilities and options for me in the future. Special thanks to Emi, David, Hanna and Elisabeta, really friendly people and the housekeeping team, just great!

The wifi speed a bit slow, but manageable.

- Bed to close to the window so you are afraid that you fall to the street - Really tiny walls, so you hear everything from neighbors (and in one room, they had some nice times)

Toilet near reception can put a small permanent fan to rid off the smell and door opens when possible for air circulation..Housekeeping did well but for 20+ pax????Remind customers of the other toilets above(was clean)

cheap for a hostel in Amsterdam. We had a room to ourselves as a group of 4. Slightly out of the city but close to tram stops

The room was tiny, glad I wasn’t sharing it with strangers. There was rubbish and other personal items left in the lockers from previous guests

Recepcionist, easy to check out, good matress blanket and pillow, perfect location

Bathroom was really dirty at 6 am, but it is understandable since it is after midnight of a friday night and staff wasn’t able to clean it in the morning yet

It's a good place if you just want to go to sleep. I requested for a female room and the room only had two beds, that was great for me, and the bed was very comfortable.

There is only one bathroom in the flat and the bathroom is very small. There is a lot of noise on the street from public transport, but as I was very tired because I was a tourist all day, it was not a problem to sleep.
