the place was very clean and the room was spacious , the area is also quite nice. I came for a conference to UMC and for that it was okay but otherwise its far from Utrecht and uber or bolt was never coming to this far from the city. Tier also didnt have a parking option there .

for some reason I get the disability access room and this was the only comfort room without a balcony or terrace. I tried to change it, specially because I didn’t need the disability access but they told that they are fully booked but no one could answer why I got this room on the first place. also the room itself was very dark, and if you opened the curtains there was cars parking right in front of it so that wasn’t really nice. also the windows didn’t have any mosquitoe net and if you let it open then room gets filled in with bugs.

The room was exceptionally clean, brand new bathroom, comfortable temperature, cosy beds. I love the smell of the shampoo and shower gel! We got a room with balcony, and it was really handy to be able to smoke on the balcony, and not to go all the way down to the entrance. They have vending machines with crisps and drinks, that came really handy at 2 am when coming back from partying! Breakfast was great, lots of selection, loved the tuna salad and the freshly baked loaf of breads.

I missed the body lotion. There was shampoo and shower gel, but no body lotion.

although the receptionist reacted a bit strange when I told him to return should the room be too loud, we found just the quite room as requested. He mixed up the room numbers, anyway all good. Nice area to have a morning walk.

the location is a bit far away from public transportation, we managed but it was raining a bit on the way out to Utrecht. On the way back dry but long walk

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s perfect as it’s very near our family who live in De-Bilt beautiful surroundings and easy walk into the town

just one thing the pool wasn’t open again it wasn’t open the first time we stayed either disappointed really as it was really hot while we were there

Lovely, modern well-equipped room with a good range of TV channels and a superb bathroom with walk-in waterfall shower and nice toiletries. The bed was really comfy and the room was very quiet, even though the hotel is next to a main road. Good range of fruit, cold meats, bread, jams and cakes at breakfast and piping hot coffee from a machine. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking.

It may not be suitable for those with mobility issues as you have to go downstairs from the reception area and along a basement corridor to reach the lift up the bedrooms; it was fine for us but rather difficult for our friend who has bad knees. Breakfast was limited in some areas (no black tea one morning, limited range of hot items) but still very nice overall. The bar area was not very cosy and lacked atmosphere, plus it only had a limited range of drinks, but it was fine for our needs.

We needed some place to regenerate a bit after Defqon.1 festival so we have chosen this hotel to give it a try. Great value for the price, the hotel have very nice staff. The pool should be closed at 22, we were there till 22:30 and nobody kicked us out. The room was very nice and with above average size. The bathroom was also very nice and quite large. The hotel has large free parking area and it is located right next to highway. 10-15 minute drive to the centre of Utrecht by car.

The location is far away from the city - a great spot to spend new year's eve with a dog if you are looking for a quiet place. In addition, you can have a great walk to an amazing natural park with your dog on foot right from the hotel. The place is very clean, has a very good breakfast, and has very nice staff

The common areas are not in use and the pool is completely empty

Comfortable quiet room with good functionality. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. There was a busstop <10 minutes walk from the hotel which made it easy to reach with public transport from Utrecth University.

There was no body lotion provided. It was not clear how the fridge worked - a tag on the switch may solve that.

Huge double family room with 3 televisions...crazy. lots of different type of sitting in the rooms and a beautiful rain shower. Great breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant. Beautiful location. Able to hire bikes and E Choppers. Definitely will return such a friendly place

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, nice bathroom, great food (and very reasonably priced). Very convenient for travelling into Utrecht by car and pretty convenient when bussing also. The surrounding area is gorgeous.
