Decently sized room and great location right in the center of Utrecht. Surrounded by many restaurants and close to many tourist attractions downtown, as well as the station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some markets are held at the square around the nearby church making for a nice way to start the day. Self-service food and drinks area next to the reception is also very convenient.

Can get noisy at night due to next door bars open until 1AM. The hotel does provide earplugs, however.

Hotel had no idea we had a booking due to a technical glitch. But they sorted it out no bother. Took a bit longer to check in than usual, but it was grand in the end. Lovely quiet room. Small, but big enough. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Liked the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Good quality. Really quite quite despite being in a central location on a road with traffic.

Safe did not function. No big deal for us, but some may care.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for both the railway station and the city centre. Although the hotel has no breakfast room, croissants / coffee / orange juice were available in the lobby, and in any case it was just a few minutes' walk to some very nice breakfast venues (Teds, Toastable and the spectacular Bunk).

I'm sure it would suit some travellers better if the hotel had its own breakfast / dinner restaurant, and going out to eat could be a bit of a drag if it was pouring with rain, but I wouldn't have stayed there if it had been important to me.

Superb location surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. Self serve soft drinks, beers and snacks with self pay is very convenient.

The nearby bars, cafes and restaurants can get noisy late into the night. Earplugs provided in the room and I needed them for 2 nights.

Very comfortable and very clean each day. The staff were very helpful on check in and check out too! They made the process swift and easy which is always desired.

Only problem was on one night the entry cards didn't work coming back home late at night. Not a problem though as security was there but if they were not we would have been stranded.

I was lucky enough to get an upgrade from my Standard Single to a Junior Suite so the room far exceeded my expectations! I loved the big bathroom, that I could make myself tea, the fridge was cold and that it all felt so clean, tidy and new .. for a building they tell you Franz Liszt stayed in during 1854.

That I was only staying for 1 night! It felt like a holiday all on its own!

Super located hotel, slap bang in the centre of Utrecht. The hotel rooms are well equipped and the room seems pretty modern. Staff were friendly and helpful and for a centre stay this was a good choice.

Outside can be a bit noisy with traffic and the like, however mostly OK. There this no breakfast at the hotel, and it's a shame they've given their restaurant room over to another company. The hotel should come to some arrangement where this can be used for breakfast in the morning, it's such as waste.

Superb central location within easy walking distance of so many of the vast array of attractions which Utrecht offers. Very comfortable beds in a generously sized room.

En-suite bathroom was on the small side (but contained everything necessary). Strange to have the plug sockets (to charge your mobile phone) below the bedside cabinets. No breakfast available in the hotel (temporary).

Its location. Everything g that we needed was provided - tea/coffee-making facilities, shampoo and conditioner, as well as hand/body lotion. The room was spacious.

We were lucky enough to get a parking spot, but this was not included in the cost of the room. The parking is off-site, but not far away. There are no breakfast facilities but, again, there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

property was lovely - though the drains were a bit smelly in the bath room.

the fact that I have paid twice for my room - first £516 was deducted on arrival and second, when I checked out, when £514 was taken out. This has which put my bank account very close to going into overdraft and I have not been able to pay a couple of bills today. Please can you review your procedures as I don’t think it should be my job to chase nh hotels for refund.
