the hotel and rooms are gorgeous. we stayed for 3 days and every single front desk/concierge staff we spoke to were professional, helpful and kind. the location is on a quiet street but very close to all the restaurants, shops, and sights. we loved it at the nox.

- Excellent location, easily accessible by transit, in walking/biking distance to everything you might want to do in central Utrecht. Lots of great restaurants nearby. - Superb breakfast in the fancy restaurant attached to the hotel. Keep in mind it's not a buffet, you have to order from a menu, but that only makes it feel more fancy. - Convinent bike rental - Easy to get in late using the keycard without having to bother anyone to open the door - Very comfy bed - Fantastic service, both in the reception and at the restaurant.

Minor complaints only. Toilet seat to high, built for extremely tall people. No way to turn the room light off from near the bed. Sink too shallow so can't fill a water bottle. Also keep in mind this is a very romantic hotel which is less suited for solo travellers. I was alone during my stay there and it felt kinda weird at times. I still had a good time, but both the restaurant and the receptionists seemed surprised I had no one else with me. Again these are all extremely minor things. The Nox is an excellent hotel and I had a great time.

The location is in the middle of the historic centre. The hotel itself is really opulent and beautifully renovated and designed. We had a large double room that exceeded our expectations. Parking was available for 30 euros a day and lots of electric charging points around the hotel, so very convenient for people that have a car with them. Utrecht is gorgeous so we will be coming back. There is a lovely vegan coffee shop just down the corner for healthy cakes and lattes in the morning. The staff are also absolutely lovely, accommodating and polite.

The Nox hotel is an amazing place to stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, inviting above and beyond. The room was incredible and a little heaven of comfort. We got a room upgrade which we found out upon our arrival. They left a handwritten note in the bed and a little gift for us. Highly suggest to anyone who seeks a great service and a bed that feels like a giant cloud.

Perfect location, good wi-fi, the personnel was always helpful. Very good bed and soundproofed, so we really slept well. Even if we booked the smaller room, the arrangement was smart, so it actually felt like a good size room. The breakfast is expensive but each product is fresh and delicious, so yes it is worth it. The parking is really practical as the hotel is in the center of the city.

The only thing that was missing was a fridge in the room. Even a mini fridge to keep some water cool would have been useful. For the rest everything was excellent.

The best location, very stylish and comfortable room. Our room was upgraded free of charge. The breakfast was in beautiful restaurant just for us ☺️ Staff are friendly and ready to help.

We stayed in a Large Double room and I have to say, it was great. Spotless clean. Exactly as on the photos. The bath above the bed was large enough for 1 person (sadly not for 2). Really comfy bed. The terrace was a big plus, which was one of the reasons why I booked this type of room. As a person, working in the hotel business, I usually can see a sort of deficiency, which a normal person can't see, but here it was almost nothing. The staff was great and helpful. The same goes for the night shift, who didn't have a problem being asked for some help/assistance even during the night. The rate is higher than average in the area, but it's completely worth it.

I ordered the extra service called "To the moon and back deluxe" for 65EUR, which include the romantic decoration of the room as well as a bottle of "bubbles". The decoration was beautiful and fully worth the money. However the only down for me was no option to choose the type of bubbles (Champagne/Prossecco etc.). They only offer "Cava", which was definitely not for us and we only took a sip and didn't like it. But again, it's about preference, but would be nice to have options. Lack of Minibar/small fridge, as if you order the bottle. you have to finish it right away.

Beautiful, very fancy hotel. Staff were super friendly and responded brilliantly to our rather difficult requests. The beds are super comfy and the place just oozes quality,

Our only criticism of the place would be that in parts, design trumps practicality - they tried a little hard to be unique and it took away from the experience. Teacups without handles, so you burn your fingers crying to drink tea. No shower curtain or door on the bathroom either. We came during easter, and breakfast was done without a menu or a buffet. They just bought food over to our table, far more than we could eat. So we had to leave half a table's worth of uneaten dishes. Felt like a real waste. The food itself was excellent quality tho!

Everything was really nice, the room was lovely and the staff was very welcoming. I recommend it, especially if you want something close to the city center; we could walk everywhere. The best Benedict eggs I ever had for breakfast.

For breakfast there was a choice between 3 dishes (bread-crossaint or strawberry/bananayoghurt with granola) as a big fan of eggs when I am on holiday, I would have loved that possibility
