The rooms were spacious, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the location was perfect, offering easy access to public transportation, is less then a minute from the airport and has a safe parking spot if you want to drop your car and travel. The on-site dining options were excellent, serving a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a overnight stay.

The hotel was in a perfect location for an overnight stay and was right next door to Rotterdam Airport. (it was quite literally across the road from the hotel!) There was even a bus that you could get right outside the metro station that was for the airport that took you right up to the hotel! As you come in the doors to the hotel there is a departures board on the wall on the right hand side. This is very handy to check to see if your flight is on time or delayed. Directly across the road from the hotel there is a 24/7 shop were you can buy food and drinks to take back to the hotel with you. As for the hotel staff and the room, The hotel staff were great and were very friendly and helped me with what ever I needed to know. The room itself was great, I didnt have any complaints about it. It was great for a short stay. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was conformable and big. In the bathroom the shower was great, It had great water pressure and was easy to control. Breakfast itself was great as well, All the food and drink was laid out in a systematic order so you could work your way round the room picking what you wanted. All in all it was a great stay here. I would sum up the hotel and interior as cozy and inviting. I would recommend staying here if you will be on a very early flight out or if you want to minimize the travel time (or disruptions) getting to Rotterdam airport in the first place.

Bed especially, pillows really comfortable and room very spacious! Staff at restaurant very friendly and food very tasty!

When out of room the Toilet facilities are quite far to get to as down flight of stairs and very desolate, separate from restaurant and bar.

pillows very poor, management should take them home and try them out Gym, is the only hotel with a gym at the airport , should give the a competitive edge Gym is spacious but some simple equipment's is missing like a normal flat bench , etc no water, no towels available invite a person who visits a gym and he will tell what basic equipment's is missing

Location was convenient for public transport. Very good breakfast. We ordered from room service only once and the food was very well prepared. It looked like the room had not been used in a while and items were missing/not stocked but, after asking, staff attended to them and manager provided a tangible expression of regret. Although we didn't use it, the hotel provides a packed lunch (sandwiches +) to order, which would be good for little trips

Sofa chair had worn/torn upholstery. This gives a bad first impression.

The staff was really friendly and at service. There was no problem with giving the bed bed linen for the additional person in the room. The hotel is not so new but quite clean (with some exceptions). The bus stop is near the hotel and it takes 10 minutes to get to the metro then. On foot you can get there in 30 minutes.

There were many stains on the carpet and on the bed under the mattress, the surfaces were not properly clean in few places. The breakfast could be a little more focused on people who are vege - the variety of non-meat and non-egg/milk dishes was not so big.

the restaurant and Bar are top class, 4th time in this Hotel over 4 years, they change ownership but kept the quality, The rest- the hotel is fair and good value for money in all aspects

The locations, room, and overall stay are very good. The bed is comfy and big enough. The windows are noise-proof so no worries about the airport just around the corner. The hotel has a 24/7 supermarket in case you come after the restaurant is closed or just don't want to eat in a restaurant. The airport is 2 min walk away so this is a perfect overnight stay if you have an early flight.

Just some tiny details. The shower gel bottle was empty and it was a bit annoying. The QR for room service did not work and there was no alternative option for ordering food from your room. These are tiny issues though, just annoying a bit especially when you are tired, so I believe if to fix them the stay would be absolutely perfect. I would also suggest having normal reusable cups in the room. This would be a bit more pleasant and eco-conscious as well, considering how much waste those single-use cups do.

Excellent location for overnight stay before picking car rental up the following morning. Just 2 minutes walk from airport terminal. Very clean and comfortable and good sports bar to watch the football.

blackout curtains werent blackout at all, no mini fridge either, bunkbed wasnt safely located (next to windows) with the gap at the end a child could roll into
