Location was convenient for public transport. Very good breakfast. We ordered from room service only once and the food was very well prepared. It looked like the room had not been used in a while and items were missing/not stocked but, after asking, staff attended to them and manager provided a tangible expression of regret. Although we didn't use it, the hotel provides a packed lunch (sandwiches +) to order, which would be good for little trips

Sofa chair had worn/torn upholstery. This gives a bad first impression.

The staff was really friendly and at service. There was no problem with giving the bed bed linen for the additional person in the room. The hotel is not so new but quite clean (with some exceptions). The bus stop is near the hotel and it takes 10 minutes to get to the metro then. On foot you can get there in 30 minutes.

There were many stains on the carpet and on the bed under the mattress, the surfaces were not properly clean in few places. The breakfast could be a little more focused on people who are vege - the variety of non-meat and non-egg/milk dishes was not so big.

The locations, room, and overall stay are very good. The bed is comfy and big enough. The windows are noise-proof so no worries about the airport just around the corner. The hotel has a 24/7 supermarket in case you come after the restaurant is closed or just don't want to eat in a restaurant. The airport is 2 min walk away so this is a perfect overnight stay if you have an early flight.

Just some tiny details. The shower gel bottle was empty and it was a bit annoying. The QR for room service did not work and there was no alternative option for ordering food from your room. These are tiny issues though, just annoying a bit especially when you are tired, so I believe if to fix them the stay would be absolutely perfect. I would also suggest having normal reusable cups in the room. This would be a bit more pleasant and eco-conscious as well, considering how much waste those single-use cups do.

The hotel located at the airport. The access to centre i quite good and of your choice, the bus or taxi (ca. 30-35€). Clean rooms, decent breakfast, place generally good to recommend.

We were 5 Man on business trip and had a booking for double rooms with single beds but received rooms with double beds. Despite the claim at the reception I was told that all rooms with single beds were booked. Well...

cozy room, nice bunker bed for my kids, and comfy queen bed for adults. Fast wifi and perfect location, 2 minutes qalking to Rotterdam airport. Also nice meal at the restaurant, but expensive - EUR 75 for 2 adults and 2 kids

Expensive meal and needed more pillow options

Even though it is located right next to the apron of the Rotterdam Airport where most jetliners start their engines, it was very quiet due to perfect fit soundproof windows Plus all the staffs were extremely helpful to our inquiries and requests.

A sofa in the room looks pretty worn out producing pieces of leather.

Last minute trip over Easter weekend so we were happy to find a room under 200€. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, quiet and big, good selection of TV stations, buffet breakfast had a nice variety. Dinner in restaurant was surprisingly good.

Soap in bathroom is the large "shared" variety, i.e. not individual bars/bottles, and only soap offered, no lotion, shower cap, etc. Parking was a bit expensive

Hotel is located at Rotterdam airport and it is perfect for early morning flight. Room is spacious, beds and pillows are perfect. Everything is clean and smells nice. For the first time we saw bunk beds with TV's. Three TV's in room. 10/10

The reception was welcoming and accommodating of our needs. Really friendly.

The waiters and bar staff were not very helpful. We ordered an Alabama Slammer cocktail but it was just orange juice in a glass. We queried this with the bar staff who ignored our request completely.

First of all the staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms are comfortable, and offer value for money. I think the restaurant is good, but a bit on the expensive side.

There was nothing I really disliked.
