Spent the afternoon looking for a chill spot and ended up at the Marriott Hotel—what a find! Super organised, amazing breakfast with a great buffet and an à la carte menu if you want the chef to wow you. Shout-out to the brilliant staff: Max, Ahmed, Lin, Karolina (despite a slight issue with her arm)—lovely and sharp!), and the restaurant staff with the front team—can’t recall the name exactly, but they were all fantastic. Special thanks to one of the Managers on duty—wish I caught his name—he was incredibly professional, and welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. Bonus: there's a 24/7 lounge on the 12th floor with snacks if you just want to relax. My wife and I were treated so well. Top-tier experience!

Honestly, there wasn’t much to fault—but if I had to mention something, it would be that I wish I had known about the 12th-floor lounge sooner... it was such a hidden gem!

The property's location is unbeatable—it's right across from Rotterdam Central train station, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms are larger than average, the beds are really comfortable, and the décor is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, and the views from the restaurant are great as well. The staff was fantastic and incredibly kind—without a doubt, the hotel's most valuable asset. Thanks everyone! you have been amazing :)

There are a few small details that could be easily improved, such as the coffee from the breakfast machine—it could definitely be better—as well as some minor maintenance issues. However, nothing major. My room was supposed to have a coffee machine, as listed among the room's amenities, but it was missing. However, this didn’t affect my stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Marriott. Initially I had booked a non-refundable room but I got a flu and had to reschedule my stay. The booking coordinator was so kind to reschedule my stay to a different date. I had requested low pillows which were provided upon arrival. The room is lovely and has all the amenities one needs. The only thing that was missing though were bath robes, but not a big deal. The bed itself is so comfortable and soft! The breakfast was lovely and delicious - the staff was very friendly and informed me about what was available. I will definitely return ;-)

This is my second stay at the property, and I can confidently say that it was the right choice! Upon arrival, Max checked me in and was so friendly; I was able to check in early, which I was truly grateful for. When I came down for some drinks at the bar to take to my room, the lovely Marian (I hope I spelled that right) assisted me with carrying the drinks to the elevator. When we ordered room service later in the evening, the amazing Rizaldy (I hope I spelled that right!) came and brought our food. We had some feedback regarding the last room service delivery, and he immediately corrected that, which we were truly grateful for. Rizaldy, you are so friendly and lovely to speak to! Overall, I will be returning; the staff is so friendly and gives you that 5-star service.

My recent stay was marred by a double charge on my room rate despite I have paid as I booked, now a charge on my credit card and direct debit the same amount twice. Despite raising this issue during my stay, I was met with inconsistent information from staff members. A promised invoice was never sent / received . This has now resulted in me having to pursue the matter with both the hotel and my bank. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable and has created an entirely unnecessary inconvenience

The pillows and mattress were of high quality and very comfortable. The gym facilities were excellent. Breakfast was served in a lovely setting, featuring an exceptional selection of quality products, including fresh orange juice and freshly cut fruit each morning. The serving staff were always attentive and welcoming.

The prices at the bar were excessively high, which prevented me from going there.

WOW! It all started with the ''pre-arrival.'' I had some questions regarding a birthday celebration for my friend's birthday, and the lovely Federica was so kind and patient in answering all of my questions. Upon checking in, Brit assisted us. Unfortunately, the room was not ready, but she kindly offered for us to leave our luggage. When we picked up our keys later in the evening, we were welcomed by Federica! She was as lovely on the phone as in real life (I hope I am not mixing two Federica's ;P ) The bar was really nice; you had a lot of options and friendly staff. Later we decided to order some room service, and the gentleman who answered the phone was so so so friendly! He really took his time in answering our questions about adding things off the menu (cocktails). The room service was very fast, and the food was amazing! The homemade cheesecake and the cocktails were a 10/10!!!! My compliments to the chef and the bartenders. Lastly, the breakfast was very good; we were greeted by a silver fox, :) who was such a delight. After we were seated, we immediately were asked for our drink order and an explanation regarding the menu. You can order à la carte, or you can browse in the buffet. Overall, amazing hotel; we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was really friendly and kind, and we felt the hotel really provided a 5-star service. I will definitely come here again. PS. The only thing I missed was my dear friend Coca-Cola.

Everything was wonderful. The staff is really helpful, everyone wants to make you feel great and they are really respectful. The room is great, spacious and comfortable, the TV has useful information and guest services can help you with everything.

The staff overall was great, and everyone from the restaurants, breakfast, check-in, guest services, laundry etc was wonderful. It was all great. However, the staff at the meeting rooms/conference rooms should learn to handle things much better. This was a leisure trip but on one of the days of my stay I was contacted by my work to help with a meeting, so I went to the first floor to get some work done and the staff there was very condescending, talking to me like I was a random person using the facilities for free, instead of a Marriott club member spending 6 days on a row at a 5-star hotel and getting some work done on my €5,600 MacBook Pro and €5,000 Apple Vision Pro.

The location and facilities matched exactly what we expected when we booked. We knew how close to the station we would be and we are familiar with the Marriot chain. But what exceeded the stay was the staff members that checked us in, Britt and Rebecca. Their friendliness and willingness to help was far beyond any expectations, they were incredible.

This is mainly our fault, but the breakfast was huge so we felt bad for wasting so much. We ordered breakfast to the room and hadn’t realised how large the portion would be, so unfortunately we wasted quite a lot. However the quality of the breakfast was great.

It was conveniently located across the street from Rotterdam Centraal , nice grocery store Albert Heyn one block away and railway station. The staff is exceptional, super fast fuss free check in and out no long lines Britt nice welcoming! Manager Desiree exceptional came to our room and replaced batteries in our tv remote. Sent coffee and personal wake-up to our room because we had to catch 6 am Eurostar train to Paris also sent along treats for on the train. This extra and kind attention is the meaning of true hospitality, she also has trained her employees the same way: while reading in the bar the bartender lady brought me some water with lemon, so attentive and kind Thanks Desiree we will come back your hotel is head and shoulders above all large chains because of personal touches!
