Stan's access to the workplace

There were no facilities such as soap, shampoo, ...

Close to arrival at Airport. Easy walk when I was tired. Staff were friendly, intelligient and efficient. Comfy bed, great view, nice atmosphere. Nice clean room. Decore etc good. I have had some stressful experiences in Schipol and Rotterdam is overall a very nice option. This hotel was a nice place to land and rest after a long flight. I will defnitley stay here again.

Extra blanket on the bed Important Sound of the-con was loud. Clarity on how to work the heating, particularly for the winter. Phone in room to call front desk. Gratis breakfast would be nice. Of maybe a little cheaper ?

Great choice if you have early departure or late arrival because it's really close to the airport - just 5 minutes walk away. The city bus stop is also right away. There's a 24/7 mini-store right on the first floor of the hotel building with snacks, drinks, shampoo, etc., very convenient for travelers. The room was nice, clean and quiet, with huge-screen TV, kettle and a choice of tea/instant coffee.

Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer in our room.

I did appreciate the competence and professionality of the staff, who did explain to me every single detail. Room cozy and really clean. Thumbs up for the internal parking, just a little to expensive, even tough you can have unlimited acces to it for 24h.

The new structure is not prepared for breakfats/lunch/dinner service, either room service. Most likely they don't have any kitchen...hopefully yet. Nonetheless, the food is provide at the building in front of, wich is the older structure, belonging to the same Hotel chain.

There is a shop by the entrance which is very handy, and there is a garage where you get a discount on your parking ticket if you are a guest. There are also good public transport connections with the city. It is also very quiet, considering you are next to the airfield. Sound isolation is very good on the walls and windows.

There is "no food" policy in the rooms.

Since located at the Rotterdam/De Hague airport, the location is a bit far away from the city center. However, the bus connection is very effective (every 15 min you need a 5 min ride to the metro - from there you have a direct connection to the central station).

Thanks to staff Kayli, Cheyenne and Ruksar for their help in booking attractions due to being in Dutch. Beds were comfy and warm. Nice pillows. Great bathroom. Nice helpful staff. Spacious dining and lobby. Modern and stylish decor. Mini-market for those emergency requirements.

The glass shower door is lethal with a sharp corner that caused my foot to bleed, and the glass door leaks water onto the floor. Room had a sock from a previous customer and some slippers too, when we arrived. Otherwise room seemed pretty clean. Cleaning regime may need improvement.

The staff was very nice they let us change the room.

It was confusing because another Fletcher hotel is near, so we came to the wrong parking. And later we reparked but we were confused how to get out, where to scan the parking ticket and that the ticket has to be validated by front desk before it works.

I bonded over a really sweet girl, I believe her name was Ashley but I may be mistaken. She was really sweet and accommodated me to an early check in and I felt very grateful to her

I booked a double bed. If it wasn’t an option to book one, I would have looked for another hotel. After making the reservation, I received a message that it couldn’t be reserved ahead. I ended up with a twin bed.
